ADAM EI would like my 15.00 $’s back they charge me for the blankets i rented and didn’t fold, scam charged me 15.00 for not folding all the blankets i paid for not good business.

KATHRYN ROutside right tire(newer) with a big gash in the side wall, shouldn't have been rented out, and the app takes forever to load. Maybe you don't understand that people have time frames they're following and an open location would be smarter to address physical issues on you're vehicle's. Very simply I shouldn't have to verify the rental condition of a vehicle if you're incompetent to do it yourself. Waste my time to verify you're condition of your truck and wait for you're app to load. Pissed off!!!
Dean CWas the equipment clean and well maintained? Yes & No. Clean: yes. Maintained: needed work. Unfortunately there was an undisclosed issue with the AC. It worked briefly then stopped completely and never came back on. Was a hot muggy day and the AC was really needed. Would have rated the experience higher if we would have been kept comfortable during the use of this vehicle. Upon return, advised the agent of the issue. Hopefully this will ensure others who use the vehicle will have the best experience going forward.

James WWhen I left my car, I told the person who instructed me to park there I wanted to make sure I didn’t get blocked in. She replied that I would not get blocked in. When I came to pick up my car there was a truck parked behind me. Had to wait until the next day when they were open to pick up my car. When I called the location to voice my frustration, the man on the phone said that I should have just driven across the lawn, that it was COMMON SENSE. And then he hung up on me. Customer service is not a strong suit. I don’t typically drive across people’s lawns. Perhaps when I expressed my concerns about getting blocked in, I could have been told, “if someone parks behind you, just drive out this way, across this lawn and down into the ditch to get back to the road.” I certainly was not treated with any care at all.
LINDA CI had no contact with anyone there but the drop off was super easy!
Nu LI returned after the rental was closed. I found it quite hard to lift the 6 x 12 trailer off the back of my car possibly you could have some type of a wheel dolly to assist in getting the trailer off.

JULIA PTruck inspections at pick-up time make sense. Sending a link after leaving the rental location puts the renter and the store in a mess if there is damage.
KURT BAfter parking the truck, there was a long walk to drop the keys off in the drop box. Also, it would've been great if the parking lot was paved. It was a rough ride, with many holes.
DEMETRIUS TThere were no personnel involved at this location because they were closed already by the time I was finished using both the trailer and the truck.
Adrian NThe only thing I realized was when I scanned the barcode, that the drop off location was Saukville , Wi . There was no way I was going to drive the trailer to that location and be able to get back to Green Bay on time for my job.
ADRIAN NAll 3 customer service representatives had very hard time getting the contracts to go through your system, took over an hour for 3 of us as they kept having to start over because of no contract price error. They said it happens system wide and they were professional but frustrated, your company needs to fix that as an hour to check in is unreasonable

SCOTT ULocation and equipment were great. The U-Haul corporate website and app are bad. Rarely work, very slow, and to drop off/end your rental it requires you to be physically at the location while you do it.

DAVID WFirst trailer could not be used because the S-hooks on the chain would not engage my trailer hitch as the S-bend was too tight to clear the loop on the hitch. After I was given a different trailer, it attached to my hitch properly. I drove home, loaded it and then was contacted and told I needed to come back to exchange it for another trailer as this one was not authorized for a one-way rental. I agreed to change to a two-way trip and bring it back to Thunder Auto and U-Haul. This would not have occurred if the S-hooks on the original trailer would have been sized for a universal fit to all hitches.

Danielle LWhen a customer makes a mobile rental, please indicate (possibly in the confirmation) that the vehicle pick up / check in process takes approximately 20 minutes. The process is reasonable, just not expected if someone is a first- renter (all the vehicle photos, etc.). Otherwise, rental through the UHaul app is a good experience.
