Besides screwing up my reservation completely (wrong pick up and drop off location), the trailer I rented was supposed to have a ramp tailgate which it did not due to chains being welded to tailgate preventing it from dropping into ramp. I did not find this out until I got the trailer to my shop to load a large rolling toolbox. Could not use trailer and returned it and was told no refund because it was dispatched. USELESS!!!!
