Would rent it again for future needs from Thunder as I was treated very well and they had the equipment I needed. Chose the Ford because of the ergonomic fit for me. Drove from Denver to home, 1096 miles straight thru without any problems or fatigue. I am 78

MARK B.Was a little upset the cargo van we reserved was not there. I was upgraded to a 10 foot box truck. Only problem was we only had a 100 pound load. The thing road like a lumber wagon because we were basically driving empty. Then it was one of the windiest days of the year. It was like trying to drive a billboard on the road!

Dennis C.Very friendly and helpful. All I had to do was back up to the trailer (rear camera helpful) and they hooked everything up and made sure the trailer lighting worker properly. On return check in they were going to uncouple the trailer, but, I had already done that. Will go back and rent from Thunder Auto in the future….

JAMES B.The truck I drove had soo much play in the steering that I decided not to take high speed roads in case the steering was so bad that I would have trouble controlling the truck. It did take about a mile or two to get used to, or learn, how it drove. Other than that, the truck was great. I'm pretty sure it was due for an oil change though lol Good customer service as well. I didn't need to ask any questions because everything was explained very well at the beginning before I was even handed the keys. This place is the one we go to every time. Thanks!

RANDY M.U-Haul fucked up at never got the right trailer to thunder for me to pick up. I ended up having to use an open trailer to move my kids and it rained. You literally fucked everything up. Thunder was very accommodating but you guys were actually going to charge me more for a trailer that I did not want order could use. Literally the worst moving experience I've ever had.

JEFFREY G.UHaul customer service called to let know I needed to drive over an hour for pick up. He was empathetic and even comped me a day. All went smoothly.
TIMOTHY H.This location was wonderful. Our overall experience with uhaul, on the other hand, was horrendous. My reservation was cancelled less than 24 hours before I was to pick up my truck. I spent an hour on the phone with someone trying to find a new one that would fit my needs. Ended up making a new reservation in a city an hour away (that was apparently the closest possible). We get there, and what do you know? No truck. Thankfully Tom, the worker at Thunder Auto, was so helpful and dealt with calling and complaining to uhaul to help us out. Everyone was frustrated and no one, the customers or employee, had a good experience. I will do everything in my power to never use uhaul again.

ERIC B.The mobile app did not work!! It told me it could not find my location even though I gave the app permission to my location. Very frustrating. Luckily, the man who helped me was very understanding and seemed to know this is a common issue with your technology.
Sibil W.Tell the customers how many miles per gallon the trucks get so they can have an idea of how much gas to refill into these big beast. I only went 75 miles and figured 10 miles per gallon so I put 8 gallons back in to cover it and got charged another $38 bucks again for not having it filled to where it was when I picked it up. Thats B.S if you ask me.
