I actually deferred a friend from doing business with you guys. I got all of my thing out of the unit on Jan 21st except for a mattress and box spring that was picked up on Jan 30th. I called on the 31st and left a voicemail to let yall know that I had gotten everything out at that point so I would not be charged on the 1st. It shows yall are open on Sundays. I was still charged on the first after all my things were out. I received two text messages from 803-399-0906. One said Ms. Gardner I received your VM. Please go to the following link to fill out the Refund Request for the Feb rent charge. Once I receive it back I will verify the unit and do the MO. Thank you and I received a link. Well not long after Eric called me and hes been rude the past two times I have spoken to him. He said I received your VM about a refund and I was told not to refund you. For starters my VM was not about a refund it was stating that I had all my things out of the unit and that I didn't want to be charged. He was very rude and adamant about not giving me a refund. His reason was that I didn't call before office hours ended which in fact I did but noone answered so I had to leave a VM. I will not be doing business with you any more and I will make sure I don't refer them to anyone for storage needs just because this experience was so bad. I have been with you guys for at least a year and I should not have been charged for Feb when I had all my things out of the unit.Taylor G. | Overall Experience
Never sprayed for bugs, Always had wasp nest above my unit door, Grass was never cut during summer time and tree limbs were not trimmed to be able to drive around back of facility. I trimmed the limbs myself multiple times.scott w. | Overall Experience

Was suppose to get storage at jamil rd in Columbia reserved it with the truck got to storage and office is closed and no one answers the number you are to call customer service again no help finally got a person locally and she charged us for two large units which we reserved but upon going to the units they were three very tiny units demanded a refund and again couldn't get any help from uhaul customer service went to a non uhaul storage unit. Thanks to uhaul amd there lack of customer service not only did they cost me two extra days in my move but stress, frustration and money due to extra nights in a hotel. Very unhappyDeron S.

The computer system was having all kinds of problems and it took me over and 1.5hrs to get my rental. The employee helping me was very professional about it all, but the whole situation was unacceptable for us and the employee. Expected much better.Randy H.

Make sure you know your drop off location. I was told to return to tiger eye by Kevin and when I returned the truck I was charged mileage and an extra day when I was told something completely different. My reservation was cancelled when I went to pick my truck up too- Thats when I already had a feeling things werent going to go well w the truck experience. I emailed Kevin with no response and now I am stuck paying additional charges that werent legitimate in my opinion. Kevin was nice, Its Uhaul that I am disappointed inKimberly M.
