I needed a truck last minute and Tiller’s made the experience so easy. The staff was super friendly and I definitely recommend renting from them!

Everything was actually great with the exception of the attendant that helped me. He handled the transaction quickly, but definitely didn't come across as helpful or wanting my business. Otherwise, everything was exceptional!

Have more employees or be prepared to compensate customers for time wasted. I waited two hours in line for my truck only to be told you didn’t have it. I didn’t make a scene at the store but I called customer service and they took care of it. I’d still use U-Haul because let’s face it you have the monopoly on this stuff.

Martin and Chris were amazing. They gave me phenomenal incredible customer service with my car towing trailer. I had such a great experience with U-Haul although it was very expensive. I highly recommend this location

U-Haul charged me an extra day despite the fact I returned the equipment the night before it was due with more gas in it than when I picked it up. I’m currently working with UHaul to get this fixed but it shouldn’t have been an issue to begin with. Overall, the truck was good, personnel were friendly and helpful, and I’d use them again.

I did not recieve my money back acter 100 deposit. Only used about 56 of the 100 and never got my money back

This location wasn’t open on Sunday when I turned my truck and tow dolly in. Make sure on Sundays that if possible to send a drop off customer to a Total U-Haul place

My appointment to pick up the town dolly was at 7:00 am and the place they reassigned to pick it up opens until 8:00 am.

The fuel gauge appears to be stuck... I drove less than 25 miles total and pumped 7.5 gallons of fuel. The gauge reached the 1/4 mark after about 3 gals. I pumped extra fuel because I wanted to see the gauge rise above the 1/4 mark, since I was a few miles away from the drop off location. I checked multiple times, and it never rose after pumping more than double the amount necessary to get it to the 1/4 mark. Also, the airbag light on the dash was on... so it probably needs to be serviced.

Hunter was extremely helpful, friendly and made the rental pickup and drop off very easy and pleasant. I certainly would rent from Tiller Auto in the future if the need arises.

I was under the impression U-Haul trailer rates were for a 24 hour. I returned the trailer in less than 24 hours and got charged for two days.

I got charged double the double the order because I had to drop off on a weekend even though I was wi5hin my 3days of rental and within the mileage I even filled up even though I picked up the truck with less than a quarter tank. My order was $281 and was charged $532 total pulled from my bank. Now I am.going through the headache of this dispute.

u uhaul guy Hunter hocked the equipment up WRONG, the wheel straps came right off. i had to stop and thankfully a gentleman know how to fix it.

The location was difficult to navigate. The truck was literally almost empty where we were afraid it wouldn’t make it to our destination. The staff was nice but everything else was subpar

I appreciate that I was able to go to another location to pick up a new truck. However, my original location informed me that the truck was not returned the previous day. If the truck was not returned on the previous day I should have received a call the next morning and not informed upon arrival. Also, when I picked up the truck at the new location the tank had slightly less than a quarter of a tank!

15ft truck I rented was extremely unsafe to dive. I don’t even take it on the highway because I was scared to go over 40mph. When I turned in the truck to the location I told them about the driving issues and they said “uhaul does not care and they won’t fix it” their exact words. It was mind blowing. That truck is going to kill someone.
