confusing pick up. I reserved it as desk pickup. Received a confusing text that I was changed to virtual pickup. I eventually had to go inside. Drop off wasn't much clearer. Guy at the front desk was excellent. The kind of person you want to deal with, knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant.
