When I picked up the truck the truck had a bed bug infested bed still inside the truck with a U-Haul car on it. I had to remove it myself and cleaning the inside of the truck before loading my actual stuff onto the truck. When I brought that to the attention of the clerk at the third part location. He stated there was nothing that I could be done about that because they are not actually U-Haul they're just a third party.

TODD GI originally asked for the 10ft truck and when I arrived to pick it up they said no truck was assigned to my pick up so I had to cancel and make a whole other reservation and had to get the bigger truck which is not what I needed.

OCTAVIO OThere wasnt a handtruck/dolly in the truck but we didnt need it. interior couldve been wiped down but ovrrall, it got the job done & i was pleased with the overall experience. reading online reviews for this location - people dont have patience but i think we were fortunate being the only ones in there both times, making for a quick service but understandably its a gas station, other business will need to be conducted.
TUFF HI arrived at 8 am to pick up my rental. The door to the cornerstore was locked with no one inside. I tried calling the store- no answer. I was in the middle of transferring my reservation with U-Haul customer service when an employee finally unlocked the door around 8:15. He did not apologize, and proceeded to help the 3 other customers that walked in after me to buy booze and cigarettes. When I finally got my keys, I could hardly get into the car due to its parking location. I checked for the dolly I paid for- not there- and had to go back inside. At least turning it back in was fairly easy, but I wouldn’t recommend this location due to the total lack of professionalism and timeliness.
HEATHER HIt was very disorganized and not very clean at all. The truck did not have the Dolly and the padding locked up.

BRAILLINE YThe pickup experience was terrible. The guy working had us wait to help other customers throughout out transaction with him. The trucks AC went out the day we were supposed to travel and caused a four hour wait for us with a newborn. The trucks should be checked in between uses and that is not possible at third parties like a gas station.

Shaoyi ZI was told with no notice (at the check in desk) that my rental dollies weren't available. Secondly, apparently the lady failed to dispatch me and yet gave me the keys to the truck and said I was good to go. This gave me issues returning the truck later.

Andaliwah SThe check in process went smoothly. All thought when I inspected the truck it was really dirty and I was almost charged a $25 cleaning fee which I was refusing to pay. But when I received my receipt, the charge was not added.

I even went back the next day because I realized I left some documents inside the truck (while I went to make note of the mileage), and the guy was helpful. It wasn't totally obvious where to drop off the key. The trucks are on one side, but you have to walk to the gas station to return the key - either outside in the dropbox or inside to the gas station clerk.
Kaylon EYour company needs to train agents better on assisting customers with kiosk issues. I have never heard so many "I don't know's" when dealing with a company. You also need to have a way of contacting property managers while they walk the property to resolve customer issues.

Lea AThe man I spoke to could barely communicate with me. Not unpleasant, but unhelpful. He instructed me to leave the lock on the back door, which I was later admonished for by another Uhaul team. The truck was parked in such a way that it took me ten minutes to maneuver it out of the parking lot. I believe this location also changed the location of my drop off to something a further 20 miles away or so from where I'd requested, which dipped into the gas I'd put in the truck and means Uhaul got to double bill me for gas because of their rep's mistake. I would avoid this place, I'm not sure they know what they're doing.
Lauren AThis location was in a very sketchy place, with sketchy people. The customer service person was literally picking his nose while he was talking to us. It was very disorganized. It was located at a convenience store, but that wasn’t something that was obvious when we booked our U-Haul. We had problems picking up the U-Haul as the system double booked the same truck. I was not honored the 50 dollar guarantee, when I mentioned it the guy looked at me like I was crazy. This whole experience was very inconvenient, I will not be returning to this location, and U-Haul should consider withdrawing their Buisness from this location. SUPER SKETCHY!
ALBA ZThe clerk on duty couldn't tell me for sure which truck the key he handed me was for, when asked if the dolly I had requested was in the truck he replied 'I'm not sure, go check and see. If it's not, I'll go see if I can find one.' When we did find our correct truck, the dolly in back was the small one when I had requested the furniture dolly for $10, and despite providing photographs showing that we never used that dolly it took 2 phone calls to get the charge taken off my bill(the 1st person made notes but didn't start a dispute)

TEONNI HHorrible experience. reservation at 9 and gentleman couldn't find key, didn't know what he was doing. By 930 found key, returned truck 2 hrs later and said manager would be in around 530 on could I come back. Worse experience ever.
KIMBERLY CI was charged for 2 dolly’s, the furniture dolly and the utility dolly. I thought the furniture dolly was the utility dolly because they looked the same on the picture. The lady at the front cash register told me she would just take off the furniture dolly and just swap it out for the utility dolly. I check my receipt and I saw that I got charged for both of them when I only used the utility dolly.
