I selected to pick up at the counter when I made the reservation. When I went inside, the man working behind the register did not have the knowledge or ability to sign out a rental. He rudely told me to use the app but I could not because of my original pick up selection. I had to wait for the owner to arrive then she made me wait while she unloaded some inventory before helping me. It was all extremely unprofessional. I waited for about 40 minutes before getting helped.
