Difficult to find truck as they were scattered in various areas and vehicle numbers covered in trees/brush, lot not maintained. No customer parking which was not stated in pickup description, must take an uber to location. Had to wait for location to reopen to obtain keys as they closed to go on break right as I walked up, waited around for them to return just for them to tell me to relocate my car or they would tow it and refused to hand over the keys until I did even though the start time already initiated on my app. Ended up being an hour late to the rest of my appointments for the day having to cancel my final appointment thus needed to hold the truck for an extra “period.” Truck interior smelled sour, covered in leaves and takes 2-3 tries to close drivers side door. Needed to return equipment to same location which is not a good area to be in after dark which requires another uber back since you couldn’t originally swap cars.

ken pThe absolute worst experience with a truck/van rental I have ever had. Vehicle only had 7k miles but check engine light was on and remained on. Even worse, the truck clearly had not been clean after the prior rental-crumbs, food wrappers, and cardboard boxes everywhere. It was filthy and there was white animal hair all over the front seats, in the rear, and even in the door cracks. Furthermore, the smell was putrid and I was forced to drive with the windows rolled down throughout. On my way out of the lot I stopped in the location. I advised them of the issue but they didnt seem to have a clue on how to rectify-they are a tint/car shop. They were out of vans and I had no time to stop at another location. I have pictures and videos to prove. Uhaul should have better safeguards in place to ensure their locations are indeed cleaning out their vehicles.

MARK DThe app did not allow me to enter the actual mileage but fortunately I was able to send a picture. At the end the app was trying to charge me that I spent 80 miles when I only spent 15. I had pictures of the initial and final mileage so the person at the location was able to charge the 15 miles otherwise the app itself was not helping.
MONICA GThey were not experience with corporate rentals. This caused a delay in our getting to the job site.
Garret GAgent was not expecting equipment, rude and did not want to hear about the issue with the truck, my concern is someone else will be given the truck unrepaired.
