Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is a little hard to find and customers need to know to park in the front lot (you'll see other UHaul equipment) before going to the office.Kathleen W.

The Uhaul truck we were provided had a transmission leak. We drove 65 miles without knowing this issue, apparently trucks are not evaluated for safety? The Uhaul representatives came and picked up the Uhaul truck, but we had to drive back (65 miles) to pick up a second Uhaul truck. Once we received the new Uhaul truck, it was completely empty of fuel, so we had to use our own money to fill it up ($124). So after 130 miles round trip and filling up an empty Uhaul truck just so we could take the truck home, we were finally able to take the truck home to load up our belongings. Not once did Uhaul offer reimbursement for their terrible services and the expenses it cost us. We also had several scheduling problems that were unnecessary. We will NEVER use Uhaul again.Zackery P.

Dealing with the central office was more favorable and professional. Your satellite location are questionable. The pick up location was not open on time and was not prepared to do business. They took pictures of my credit card which disturbed me because now they have a photo copy of my information. Considering to close my account for the reason. Place of drop off I had to call a U Haul agent to locate the service agent.joe T.

When I dropped the trailer off I had no cell service I had to drive down the road to finish returning it and it lost my pictures of the trailer. Maybe install wifi at tire Bros.bradley F.
I dropped off during business hours at 330. There was no one there only a paper on the door with a phone #. No one answered the phone so I left a message about the return. Never received a call back. Left the truck locked and put the keys in the lockbox at the site. Also tried to call the number on the Uhaul contract for Tire Brothers and that number no longer exits. Left the truck to go back home quite unsure what the outcome would be. When I arrived home I called Uhaul and after a 20 minute wait was able to talk to a rep and explain the situation. She was very kind and understanding. She reassured me that everything would work out and it has. Very grateful to the women that helped me at the corporate office. Sorry I forgot her name. This comment is not directed to Tire Bros. The U-Haul app is full of delays and frustrations and I would not recommend the apps use to anyone. Also, U-Haul charged me 2 days for a 9 hour rental!William S.
I was waiting for over an hour after my reservation time for my Uhaul truck because the guy who had the key for the drop box wasn't there. The receptionist called multiple times, and he kept saying he'd be there in 10 minutes, but never was. When he finally arrived, I was given the keys to a dirty box truck that still had trash from the previous customer in it and mud smeared on the inside of the cab. I was late for my appointment with my landlord and my entire move was pushed back and screwed up by this location's incompetence.Bonnie C.

Our original reservation was with "Shepards Express". The woman working desk was very confused by our presence. Initially said she only rents to Uhaul employees and doesnt have any rentals scheduled. Then when we showed her our contract she said "your reservation was changed". Needless to say we did NOT get our rental from her. Instead drove down the street and TIRE BROS accommodated us immediately and was very pleasant to work with.DAVID C.

tire brothers was an excellent facility and service. prescott arizona u haul on hwy 69 dropped my 2 week reservation and told me they didnt have a truck or trailer for me.they said i had to go get one from another dealer. my dad past away and was trying to get from arizona to akron ohio to help my 82 year old mom living in a 3 story house. drove the truck from tire brothers to sprigfield mo and had a bad tire on the rear of the truck. took 4 hours to get a person on the phone for help ???? poor customer service at prescott arizona hwy 69 store and road service response time was unacceptable.david K.

Being new to the area there was confusion on where to return my equipment. I initially returned the unit to the wrong location, but because there was no one on site, 11 am, and not realizing it was the wrong location I left the equipment there and dropped the keys in the drop box. Got a call later telling me it was the wrong location and I had till 10 am the next day to pick it up and bring it to the correct location. When I came to pick up the equipment to deliver it to the correct location the attenden showed no understanding of how a mistake like this could happen or interest in helping me. I will never ever rent from that location and advice others the same.ARMIN H.

I got billed 8.50 for gas and the level was the same as when I checked out. I think it is outrageous. Your vehicles should go out with a full tank fractions of a tank are disputable I get the feeling you're trying eek out every cent you can. You don't credit when it's returned with more gas.Jerry T.

This location is very confusing and the drop off process using the app is also unclear. The business is called Tire Bros., there is a small parking area near the building with this sign, with big U-Haul signs, but then directly next to it, there is a bigger, unpaved, dirt lot with another business name that also has U-Haul signs. Not at all clear where to drop off. I would still recommend it to someone that needs a U-Haul, but I would warn them about the confusion. The app drop off instructions disappeared too fast to read what to do with the keys. We tried to call, but couldn't reach anyone. We eventually decided to leave them how we found them, locked in the cargo area.Timothy C.

After the initial loss of contract due to a computer glitch everything went great, the booking agent bent over backwards to get everything right, the field agents helped with all getting the equipment set and in place, and upon return the agent took care of all the disconnecting and placement of the equipment. Thank you to them for making this a wonderful experience instead of a disaster.Elvin M.
