I was charged for a gas fee when I indeed filled the truck to full. I really don’t like being taken advantage of. Very disappointing!!

TANISHA GI was not gicen nearly enough miles for my one way trip to not go over the allotted miles. Adter picking up the truck I still have to drive it to the loading location, then the unloading location then back to the uhaul dealer.

CANDICE WReservation was easy- just needed a prominent prompt that pickup needs to be completed with one hour of chosen reservation time.
