The drop off process was professionally handled by an agent from the home / district office possibly Knoxville . All of that was Very Good . Drop off location was close to route termination. Drop off location behind the building No- One was present at the office where the Key -Drop box was located. There was a grass / gravel yard with 2 other pieces of U-haul equipment ( a 8 ft open trailer , a 24 ft ? Box truck . The transport was left out in front of the box truck. At the end of the day again the trip was accomplished safely and on time . Just Bizarre . Jeff S

Roger Mwhen i got there the price didnt match the price i was told. The guy at this location called and got everything squared away for me. turns out i was a half hour early so it tried charging for an extra day. Seems kind of rediculous to me.

Andrew HThis place is a disgrace to UHaul company. I waited in a office with a child with chickenpox, 2 people smoking and no one wearing mask. The truck had cigarette smell and butts in ash try. I was appalled by this place but after having a not so good experience at friendly city (price problem) tires r us was my next choice. Bad choice. Horrible place!
Danny CI rented a car hauler and had a blowout on interstate Hwy, tire service that came was prompt and commented that you should put radials on your equipment which would lower your number of blowouts.

Edna SUhaul’s reservation systems routinely double book equipment which happened to us. I was left with no trailer due to the unstable and unreliable reservation and dispatch system. Uhaul has no fallback in place when that system fails (which is frequent) so it really puts your dealers in a horrible spot since they can’t rent anything. This dealer (tires r us) actually took initiative to find a solution to getting us a trailer when NOBODY AT UHAUL, ESPECIALLY PATRICK YOUR E. TN. MGR WHO THREW HIS HANDS UP AND DUMPED ME INTO YOUR 800 CUST SVC.

BEn JThe business was closed when I arrived at 4:25 p.m. but I called the number on the doors. They informed me to drop trailer and they would put returned in the system. I saw a nice young man, Christian, who was gracious enough to help me lift the trailer off the reese hitch. I didn't know how to do it. Thank GOD I saw him. I returned this one day early and was curious if I could get a refund on one day?

KIMBERLY MI made it very clear where I wanted to drop my truck off and the person doing my contract didn't apply those instructions to my contract at all. So when I drop off the truck at the location I specified, I'm told I will in fact be charged DOUBLE for a wrong destination fee. This is not my first miserable experience with Uhaul. It will be my last though. I grew up with Uhaul. My mom and dad rented with them as well as my whole family and the families of my circle of friends. When you needed to move, you called Uhaul!! I dont think we can anymore because we never know what terrible surprise will happen to our bank account or any other aspect for that matter.
