Only suggestion or comment I would have would be to maybe grease the car haulers as we did struggle abit with the attached ratchet straps on the tire sling as it was very rusty and dry
JUDE DAnmol was fantastic, very kind and helpful. A information walk around how to use the truck would be helpful. I had to watch YouTube to find out how the haul mode and paddle shifters work.
CLIVE BPlease consider transitioning to more efficient vehicles (i.e. diesel engines).

NICOLE MHave more vehicles available for rent during busy summer moving time. Booked two months in advance and NEVER had vehicle available because restriction on viewing system. Can’t see bc/Alberta or know what’s coming. Very poor connection fault of head office Arizona/wyoming who offered no better. Poorly run central US office.

ASHLEY DThe office staff was great and very friendly. The office is nice and the parking area is much better at the new location. Inspecting the truck was very easy - process was online and appreciated that it included pictures of the vehicle to verify if any damage happened while it was in my possession. Going through the inspection wasn't mentioned when I picked up the truck but I happened to check my emails and saw the links. The vehicle was dirty inside the cab when I picked it up but this showed me what was acceptable when I dropped the truck back off.

RICKY MInterior of vehicle was not cleaned out of personal items from previous users. Customer rep said she could not guarantee our reservation and that we'd have to drive 10 hrs (one way!) to the closest uhaul to pick up our vehicle if they didn't have it. She could not see what was coming in/going out in her system. Same rep called continuously during our week rental saying we did not pay, though I could see the payment on my banking statement. We extended our rental days prior to departure and received many calls indicating we had not returned the vehicle on time.

ALEXANDRE LI had a great experience with u-haul in Whitehorse. I picked up a 5x8 U-Haul on the expected date. The staff assisted with a couple of items I needed (a larger pin for the hitch and a wire attachment- that I was conveniently able to purchase at the location). The staff were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions.

LEANDER SThe voicemail for Titanium Storage has an off-hours phone number. When I called it, I got a voicemail telling me to call another number...which led me back to the original number for Titanium Storage. Other than being sent in circles on the phone, everything was great.

Alexandre LWith the recent U-Haul scaling back of service in the Yukon, I'm rarely able to get the unit I want (often a 5x9 open trailer, sometimes a 4x8 deck trailer). Both this rental and the next one in June, the unit I wanted isn't available. I sold my pickup because a U-Haul was easy and cost-effective, now I wish I had it back.

WARREN OThe app did not work. It crashed every 30-40 seconds and I had to restart the process about 10 times. It was frustrating and added a lot of time to the pick up process.
Hanna GRenting a car dolly from U-Haul was a safe and affordable way to tow our car from Whitehorse to Mendenhall.
Donna LI would like an option to be able to buy UHaul blankets as they are good quality. When packing they are extremely useful around glass items.

Henry sThe trailer that I took from them has a problem with the tail light and clearance light. I only noticed it when it was dark. I just relayed on the guy who put it on my truck. Costumer service was great and the road side assistance was excellent because when I had a tire replacement they manage to refund me all the expenses that I shouldered. Overall 8 out of 10…
