The cube truck that was rented had serious issues with the steering shaking and being difficult to turn. This was reported to the people when the vehicle was returned after the 12 hour highway trip and they said they knew about it from the previous rental but had not addressed the problem. This is a very dangerous issue at highway speeds. Clearly the staff maintaining the vehicles are a liability to the company. My business will not use them in the future...I'm concerned about staff safety and they have been told this.
