I had a drop off location in Revelstoke BC and upon drop off, they told me that they don’t have space for the tow dolly. I contacted customer service they said you have to go in another city for the drop off. It was super annoying and no help from customer service. I had to go to another city and drop it off which wasted my another day.

Jason MThe van was in good working condition but the cab hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Pretty dirty, dust, dirt, coffee stains in the console etc. Also the gas tank is not full when you pick it up. You have to bring it back with whatever was in it. In our case it was between 1/2 a tank and 3/4. Trying to guess how many litres to put in to bring it up to the pickup amount , before drop off was a pain. Add I ended up falling short and paying more per litre for U-Haul to top it up. Seems like a cash grab. Should be a full tank at pickup to avoid this.
