Booked our u haul over a month and a half in advance . The night before our move we were told they didn't have a truck for us so we got pushed to the next day. We were moving 28 hour drive away so this pushback was a major inconvenience as we were already moved out of the current house. I also added on an auto transport and verified with u haul 3 timer that the auto transport would fit our vehicle and was told yes. The second we got to the pickup we were then told the auto transport was too small and had to leave our vehicle behind. On top of that I was told they accept debit and credit as well as cash for payment. Got there to find out that the debit was down and had to go pull out cash.Bohdan S.

We didn't get the equipment we had reserved , but Uhaul was very accommodating , and the equipment they provided as a substitute ( smaller truck + trailer ) worked out even better ! Plus they were able to extend our rental period by 2 days for free and managed a discount on the trailer ! The Whitehorse agent was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! The owner was so accommodating. He let me come back and pay in cash when I was having issue with my card. So thankful! I am very happy he was wiling to make an exception, to help me. Everything went as planned. I even got the truck back a hour and a half earlier then planned :)Leanne E.

Talked to the person after verifying they'd be there, it was a holiday. He said he'd â€˜probably be there'. Got there and no one was around and it was a junkyard. There was an â€˜office' but no one was around. I started the self drop off online and finished 20mins later after some connection issues. Still no uhaul rep. No place to drop off keys, no drop box amongst the junk. I left them by the door. It was 30mins later and still no rep. Very unprofessional.Stacie Z.

When you order a utility dolly with your rental van it should be in the van ready for when you pick it up. I ordered a dolly at the time of the reservation and was in a hurry when I picked up the van because people were waiting for me... I didn't check to see if the dolly was in the van... It wasn't but I couldn't go back to get one, it was too late. But, I still got charged for it. Also if you return your rental with more fuel than was required, there should be a credit given for that. Overall the truck ran great and was the perfect size.Deanna C.

I think this location could use an actual lot or yard to park trailers and vehicles. I was asked to back the trailer on an angle on the side of the road which left my truck sitting in the middle of a road.P. Dennis W.

Honestly, we were so impressed by the service we received! We started as an online reservation, but I had forgotten my wallet at home and had trouble completing the online checkin. Luckily someone was there after-hours and he was SO accommodating and patient. He was able to complete our reservation and away we went. He went over and above the call of the duty and made things such a breeze for us. It could have been a headache (user error) but he so easily adjusted things for us. Probably would have walked away without our rental if he wasn't there to help. So grateful, and will use this service again if ever needed.Ashley F.

Making a reservation was a bit confusing and at one time I made duplicate reservations for the same equipment with two different locations for pickup. The chat service was helpful in straightening this out. However, when I went to pick up the equipment it wasn't available at the location I had arranged. Fortunately the agent had another slightly larger vehicle on site and made arrangements. So in spite if all the confusion everyone was helpful in sorting it out. Good customer service, but I find online reservation system confusing.Arthur S.

When I opened the bundle of moving pads some of them were still damp, so I didn't want to use them for certain items like wooden furnishings. One of the blankets had a bunch of very fragrant thick laundry soap all over it. Luckily I didn't need as many as I had rented. Please make sure the moving pads are dry and not covered in liquid soap.Emily C.
