The online/app check-in process was HORRIBLE. The most frustrating thing I have ever done. No one was helpful in the chat, no one answered in a timely manner, and they would not verify I was me. It was over an hour of sitting on the phone past my pickup time. I am so thankful the local owner happened to show up on his personal time to help me. The local shop is 11/10 for service. The online check-in and customer service is 0/10.

ROBERT SThe truck broke down on the highway, leaving me stranded. I had to pay $70 out of my own pocket for a taxi, and when I asked them to reimburse me, they flat-out refused. As the grand finale, they billed me for two full days of a truck I couldn’t even drive.
ANTON MThose rolling doors are a menace if things shift. There should be an access hatch somewhere incase there are issues.
KAILEE MI recently rented a U-Haul and was not happy with the mileage charge. My total trip was 13 km, but they charged me for 12 miles. This doesn’t seem right, because I tracked my distance on Google Maps and I know exactly how far I drove. It feels unfair to pay more than the actual usage, and customers should not be overcharged when the company can clearly verify distances. I hope U-Haul improves their billing accuracy, because otherwise the rental process itself was fine.

Chad TOnly suggestion or comment I would have would be to maybe grease the car haulers as we did struggle abit with the attached ratchet straps on the tire sling as it was very rusty and dry
JUDE DAnmol was fantastic, very kind and helpful. A information walk around how to use the truck would be helpful. I had to watch YouTube to find out how the haul mode and paddle shifters work.

Can’t see bc/Alberta or know what’s coming. Very poor connection fault of head office Arizona/wyoming who offered no better. Poorly run central US office.
