The service at this location was excellent! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy. The parking lot is spacious and very convenient—plenty of room to maneuver and park a large truck without any hassle. The equipment was clean and in great condition. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. Highly recommended!

Found the rental agency locked until fifteen minutes past the scheduled pick-up time......Agent confessed that he had never hitched up a trailer before. Beyond that, the process went smoothly.

Very helpful and accommodating to us to help us return the van- especially after two other Harrisonburg drop off sites didn’t answer calls or return voice messages. Simply trying to get info about after hours drop-off. UHaul pick up is reasonably organized, but the delivery & drop off system is very poorly organized with lots of unclear procedures.

Person at the counter was not knowledgeable. Had to call someone else to help her out. Did not arrive till 10 minutes after the store was supposed to open.

Paid for a dolly and did not recieve the dolly. :( Moving blankets were wet and we tried to dry them in the sun.
