Douglas Hdid not know anything about returning rental did not get receipt had to back truck up to building
RICKY CPerson at the counter was not knowledgeable. Had to call someone else to help her out. Did not arrive till 10 minutes after the store was supposed to open.
Robert HPaid for a dolly and did not recieve the dolly. :( Moving blankets were wet and we tried to dry them in the sun.
