Nothing except you need some kind of tongue jack on trailers as they are quite heavy for a 65 year old man to lift and hook up from the ground!!!

My rental time was cut short by 2 hours, I was called by the owner of Todd’s to bring the u haul back at 9 when we had it reserved till 11 because someone else was there to pick it up. We also had a quarter tank of gas in it that we were planning to lose so we lost money. I contacted a representative and she said the area manager would reach out and I never received a phone call. Very disappointing as I’ve always had pleasant experiences with u haul. No longer using them after what happened.

Terry KIt's not Todd's Transmission that it the problem it 's U-Haul's website that doesn't work. I waited for almost an hour and the website never came up. U-Haul customer service rep ended up emailing me the rental. Whoever did it added the U-Haul insurance which increased my overall rental cost 33%. I HAVE full coverage insurance that covers rental so I NEVER get the over priced insurance. Not only did I have to wait almost an hour I got fucked on the billing because your website doesn't fucking work!!!!! If the was another option I would never use U-Haul again, but there isn't. Probably why you don't give a fuck how much you inconvenience your dealers or customers.

Nick YTodd completed paperwork on the phone. The business was closed and no one was there when I arrived at my pick up time. Todd had an appt at my pick up time. It was either take care of it on the phone or not get the trailer. That’s a terrible way to do business.
LaDonna BThe truck did not have any of the extra items that I ordered and paid for on the truck. There was also a trailer behind the truck and we had to move it by hand in order to back the truck out of the lot. This is a horrible location to pick up a U-haul. I would never use it again.
Tracy HTodd's transmission had all four of his trucks blocked in front and back and left on vacation. I called uhaul twice. Got transfered 5 times and hung up on once trying to get this issue resolved. This was a very poor experience from uhaul.

Randy JI like this place but I only had my auto hauler for a single day before turning it in on the Saturday, labor day weekend of 2021. I called and let them know that I could not turn in the auto hauler via voicemail and asked them to call me the day after labor day when they were busy. Instead of helping me out I was charged for having the auto hauler for an extra day when I turned it in 2 days early. I have photos with gps location and time stamped when I turned it in. This location also has video cameras to verify I turned it in on that saturday.

JAMES WThe truck was covered in snow and ice. A plow had cleared the lot behind it and had blocked the truck in from behind. We had to clean the truck ourself and dig it out with a shovel. It was a pain and delayed our move by over an hour. Luckily we had a shovel in our vehicle. We tried 3 different phone numbers for this location and got either answering machines or wrong number notifications. The truck itself was fine, once we got it out.

Mary RPlace should not be renting uhuals. My uhual was blocked in waited 20 min for someone to finally move the blocking vehicle. Went back 2 days later to rent another uhual and the place was closed and the truck was blocked in. Complete joke. I urge uhual to not let that place rent Uhuals. What’s the point when the trucks are blocked in and no1 around to help.

Tim DLayout of trailers and trucks was not conducive to efficient pickup by customers.
Dana HNo mention of the extra costs was made when we rented the truck. A $19.95 per day charge became a $39.00 charge with all the added costs. Rentals are not the main income at this location, but the owner could take a little more time to explain what the charges are going to be. It basically doubled our cost for the 4 hour rental.

LEAH WPut a jack on that trailer. Three of us could not get that hitch off the ball. A nasty experience. At home I had to use a floor jack to get that D++n thing off. Not could for the elderly.
Greg RFirst and foremost I was completely let down that U-Haul does not offer a military discount. I requested a trailer two weeks in advance to be picked up in Bettendorf, IA at a location that opened at 0700. I received notification the day before that I had to pick up the trailer in Fulton, IA. Which was 39 miles in the opposite direction and the company in Fulton didn't open until 0900. This is extremely frustrating and interfered and caused me to change my plans. There was no compensation offered or given which is completely not customer orientated. I guess it doesn't matter as U-Haul has the rental trailer market covered. Unfortunately for me I will end up using U-Haul in again in the future for my next military move. On a positive note - the trailer seemed to be brand new and towed very well. Mark BThe problem I had was I returned on May 30th and they charged me for returning on the 31st. I didn't stick around for the bill because of computer problems. I guess when you return on a holiday they charge you when they come back to work.

tony oWorst uhaul location ever. Put gas back where it was and cleaned out vehicle got charged $60 for not putting gas in which we did and not cleaning out vehicle when we did. Not very good customer service skills at all want to get attitudes and snotty with customers rather than trying to resolve issues will never use this specific uhaul location again
