BRADLEY OThe Montgomery location was wonderful & very helpful. However, my reservation was scheduled to be picked up in Owatonna, MN & it got switched 24 hours before to Montgomery & was only informed by the automatic text I received. If a reservation is being switched, it would have been very helpful to be contacted to be made aware of options prior to switching the pickup location to somewhere an hour away from the original. It was very frustrating & added to an already stressful situation to have to add in the additional 2 hours of driving last minute.

michael pNothing against them, because they're in the middle of nowhere, 22 miles from my end point, and I had to pay for an extra 2 gallons of gas to get there simply because of your inventory issues in my destination city. I also had to ask for extra miles to get there as dropping it off would have put me over.

Anna TThis was my second Uhaul rental in a month. This was better than the first. The process to rent a truck is straight forward and easy. However quality of the trucks varies greatly. The suspension in this one was better than the first, but it was still pretty worn out.
