Junk yard that rents uhauls no directions or idea where to park the rental or drop off had to drive around their lot to find the office and drop box.

I was charged for 12 pads when the truck only had 6 and I was charged for a dolly that I didn't use.
I was supposed to pickup locally, I put over 200 mile on my pickup truck to get to this location and back. Supposed to be Coon Rapids then Northfield then south of Montgomery, MN. Drop off was supposed to be Mini-Mart Apache Junction AZ; they wouldn't accept it. Then redirected to Shoppers in Apache Junction, their computer had crashed. After over an hour, the nice lady at Shoppers finally got it checked in on here cell phone. In the past I've liked Uhaul, but I'll NEVER use you again. One hundred dollars extra in my fuel, and hours extra in time. You people at U-haul need to get you stuff together!!!!

The maintenance on the vehicle was horrible, felt like the truck was flung to fall apart, it shook so bad, no cruise control, worst ride to ever be on, fuel gage didn't work, poor gas mileage, bad vibrations.

Tom was Antarctic to work with. Went above and beyond to check lights, ball hitch, and all equipment to make sure it was in good working order. Safety was number one. Vey convenient and accommodating as well.

Nothing this guy went above and beyond what I expected I even overheard the conversation he had with last guy that left review tom fadden he told fadden on phone he could bring it in when they were open and help unload the heavy trailer,but tom fadden was not nice on phone said he was told he could drop anywhere the uhaul guy told him he would come up after hours to help then,and there was a certain area where they park trailers,I see he reviewed his location in not being clean or friendly how would the guy know if he wasn't inside? I assure you this is a friendly location and they are very helpful showing us how to save fuel,and showing us how many gallons to put in off contract,he got me this truck from another location to help me
When I initially rented the UHaul trailer, the customer service representative informed me I could drop off the trailer at this location, after hours. When I had difficulty locating the site, I was fortunate (or unfortunate) to make contact with someone from this location, via a telephone call. The male I spoke with talked to me like I was a major inconvenience to him. He told me I could not drop it off until the next day, when he was open. When I informed him I had received instructions to drop the trailer off after hours, he told me I could only do so if I put the trailer in a specific location and in a specific manner. Although I ended up complying with his directive, I can certainly tell you I would not do business with this location in the future..."customer Service" at this location is non-existent.
U-Haul itself was the problem, did NOT arrange to have reserved equipment at the location, rental time was wrong, reserved for 24 hours and when we went to location it was reserved for 7 hours, no car transporter, smaller truck, virtually useless. Waste of time and money, totally unhappy with U-Haul
This location in Montgomery gets excellent rating. The one on Madison Ave in Mankato is the worst customer service ever! Lied to about costs and promised refund for changing sites. Haven't seen that yet. They decided to make me drive 45 miles to get my truck I had reserved in Mankato. They made more money that way! They do not honor there promises and make sure you can't find another vendor to use because they do it at the last minute. The main corporation will laugh you off as well. Reservations in Mankato mean nothing. They don't care. Screw you as a customer with a reservation is the motto of this joint. Worst customer service ever! Beware of using them. They have trucks in the lot but you can't have one even though it is reserved. Highly recommend other services such as Penske.
