I'm completely blanking on the gentleman's name (I'm so sorry!), but he was so kind and easy to work with. He did everything by the book which was appreciated and was very patient with us. We forgot our 7 pin adapter and had to run to two stores to find one but he didn't make us feel like we were inconveniencing him. We will definitely work with him again!

Edward Nwe rented trailer a couple days earlyer and when it was time to pick up car were trailer was ,car ended not being ready ,so we had to cancel order for a couple days,tthen we got call about 3 days later to let us know car was ready ,our complaint was we rented trailer twice at same location ,here,s what were very unhappy with ,first time the price was 152.00 for 4 days, then second time they charged us 248.00 for same order ,for no reason ,very unhappy with that price change ,after talking to rental place we were told that uhaul sets the prices and there was no way of changing price to what we first was charged ,we rent from uhaul alot as we are a used classic car dealer and feal we were treated very unfaire ,makes us think about not going back to uhaul again!!

STEVEN PThe location was a farm store and although I am very familiar with farm operations this store was far from clean. The truck only had a little less than half a tank. The windshield was dirty. The truck ran well, the brakes were adjusted properly, and it met my needs very well. I was charged for a dolly that I did not use, I did not receive a response from the agent even though I asked for a call to confirm the dolly was not charged. He told me he removed the charge when I picked the truck up.
John sLocation was great. Truck was clean, but it was making low pitched squeal when accelerating that would increase in pitch the faster you drove. I have driven several u hauls at this point and am fairly familiar with what noises are normal. This sounded bad, I was nervous I was going to break down.
DAVID DWhen I picked up my truck, I let them know that i was not using the "preferred" location for drop off because it would cost more mileage. They updated the contract so I could call when dropping off and update where i was taking it. While I had the truck, I got a notice that someone updated the location back to the preferred location, then got a text from that location telling me that was where i was going to drop it off. I didn't appreciate the behavior of trying to force me to a location I already said I wasn't using. I knew enough to tell the sender of the text that i would not be dropping off the vehicle there, as I wasn't going to pay extra in mileage just to use that location. I am concerned about this behavior since others may not be as aware as I was, and may think this location was required. Costing them more in money and time. For note, the "preferred location" is 16 miles away from me, versus one that is 2 miles from me that I ended up dropping the vehicle at.

dennis wLocation was good but not happy about U-haul. Very displeased with charge that I didn't authorize. Over charged by $15 for Safe Move. Would not use again and would not recommend.
Michelle LDropped off truck a day early after hours. Was filled to starting tank level. I am being charged for gas and cleaning. This is a rip off location....charging me thinking I wonT object. This U Haul dealer is crooked.

jeff dThe trailer was hooked up to my truck, despite the hitch and ball not being compatible, resulting in the trailer jumping off the ball and rear ending my truck. This caused extensive damage that should be covered, since I had the insurance and they hooked it up. However, uhaul is denying that it was in anyway their fault.
Jennifer SIt was a muddy gravel/dirt lot. Our vehicle floor was filthy dirty from walking in the lot and grass area after we were done. There were no lights or lighting so we had to use both of our cell phone camera flashlights to see. If we only knew ahead of time, we would of brought a flashlight or spotlight. It was very hard to maneuver around the lot being it was small with having lawn equipment, animal transport trailers, lawn tractors, and the like on all sides. Very congested place to park the utility trailer so we had to go back and forth to straighten the trailer to park it out of the way. When we parked it, it was on a small hill next to the building. Ughhhhhhh

greg sNothing wrong with the rental or location. It's the application process!!! Too many crazy questions.... It just takes way too long to rent one of these things!! People give up before completing the process. The license photo upload is confusing and doesn't always work. Come up with something easier!!

Joshua DThe drop off was very muddy ,tires stacked in the way to put keys in drop off box,I dropped off on Sunday so noone was there to check me in and the place did not have self dropped off.
