Man at the counter was nice and there is a cute token to greet you but store is very run down and not well kept

Carl HHave the owner have someone at the desk during business hours. I had to wait an hour before someone showed up. I called twice and received not answer, my wife called once and posted a msg on Facebook and getting no response there either. I then called U-Haul support and they eventually was able to track the owner down. Everything then went smoothly from there. I believe I should have received a discount for the unprofessional service I received at the start.
