There was no one on duty when we returned our rental but the location was clearly marked and the drop box was right in front of the office. The location wasn’t fancy but it doesn’t need to be. It served the purpose and that’s all that matters to me.

I had an SMID number (1202741), of a family member that is valid for a discount. The operator refused to accept it saying he did not know how to use it. We recently received about eight inches of snow at our location and I noticed the snow was uncleared near the U-haul truck. I walked out to the U-haul truck and noticed is was buried in the snow. While I was backing out of the parking space, I predictably got stuck in the snow. I was still in the lot of the tow yard that I rented the U-haul from and watched the operator stare at me from the lobby without offering assistance. I unburied the wheels by kicking the snow away from the truck for ten minutes and rocked back and forth until I got the truck unstuck. If possible, I will do everything I can to avoid this location entirely.
DUSTIN BHorrible directions. Then horrible experience when trying to talk to the regional manger over disputes with U-Hual. Tried to get charge me for days that weren’t even asked for. He was very rude and tried to pretty much call me a liar. Whole time he didn’t even have my email right after I spelled my name for the location we picked up from. He said well you needed to follow the instructions in your email. So then I said well how do you do that when you don’t have a email to even follow. Then I gave him my email he tries to hurry and send it after it’s been days of us turning it in. In the end it was over $200 they were trying to not give back but thankfully it was refunded.

PATRICK WService was marginal. Insurance added without my authorization; I had declined it when making my reservation. Trailer return instruction not offered; had to figure out the process on my own. Trailer ramp needed oiling; did not open well, needed some encouragement. Staff not friendly. It’s as though he didn’t want to be bothered with a trailer rental when their bread & butter income is really towing.

JAMES BThe employees were not on site at the scheduled time. They did not know anything about how to check out a vehicle including how to even access the U-Haul website. Fortunately, they had a friend that worked at a different U-Haul location that they called to come over and show these employees how to checkout a truck. This location did not even have the “what to do/who to call” paperwork on site to give a customer in case of any issues. I had to drive to the other U-Haul location to obtain it. All the employees were pleasant but completely untrained.
