The employees were not on site at the scheduled time. They did not know anything about how to check out a vehicle including how to even access the U-Haul website. Fortunately, they had a friend that worked at a different U-Haul location that they called to come over and show these employees how to checkout a truck. This location did not even have the “what to do/who to call” paperwork on site to give a customer in case of any issues. I had to drive to the other U-Haul location to obtain it. All the employees were pleasant but completely untrained.
