Do not make appointments during their lunch hour. SIX people would not help me at my appointment time as they were eating their lunch and told an hour.

L KThe lock is very tricky trying to unlock so you can get the key out of the box. It took me almost 30 minutes to get it out.

Marty Cyou need to drop the environmental fee. that fee you charge is helping you pay for things that is your responsibility. if the fee is going toward the environment that would be more understanding, but for your trucks should be on you, not us the renters.
Robert WThey could not find.my reservation when I arrived at 10am. They eventually found part of the reservation in the system and reacomplish the paperwork. I had reserved a dozen moving pads with my truck but they do not carry them at that location.

benny mTony & family were absolutely wonderful. (1) But this trailer was supposed to be available 20 miles away at the location I picked up the truck. (2) They had to spend an extra 90 minutes dealing with the UHaul system that could not get the rez charges correct. (3) The regional manager had to get involved (very nice and responsive, but he should not have had to do it). (4) The location address from the UHaul webpage and texts was incorrect. Not even close enough to cross-reference with Waze or Google. (5) Rental from hell. Lots of wasted time, miles, fuel, and effort on a day I should have been moving.

KERRY CU-Haul needs to have people go to each individual place to check on them and the equipment before someone gets killed. Tony's Automotive was terrific and helping us get the car off the dolly and the dolly off the truck.
