Empleado mostró poca higiene uñas Sucias cero 0 cortesía, mostró carencia de experiencia en la computadora 💻 hubo que ayudarle me entrego el vehículo no lleno de combustible ⛽ lo llene perdí mi dinero 🫰🤑 x k no me explicó que si lo lleno podría perder mi dinero... casi me obliga a devolver el camión 🚌 al mismo lugar de recogida perdí dinero 🫰🤑 y lo peor el empleado no le va a pasar absolutamente nada un desastre total pague el camión 🚍 el doble sin consecuencias para Nadie solo mi bolsillo sufrió. 😭 el dinero 🫰🤑 no me importo o no me hubiera importado pero pagué doble de combustible ⛽ y doble x el servicio de 👤 alquiler.... por 1 persona que no sabía lo que estaba haciendo... Re- entrenarlo para el próximo cliente quizás no le hagan perder más clientes... 👤YO NO DEBO ⛽💵PAGAR POR 1 ERROR QUE NO ES MÍO... 💵⛽ solo pie falta de información Interna... el cliente no conoce y ignora todo hasta el empleado no le explica... no le dije nada a este empleado para no hacerlo sentir mal por su falta de conocimiento... pero perdí aún sabiendo que no sabía SI TRABAJO.
JORGE LWe only received a 11 blankets when we paid for 12. We did not realize until we started moving and when we returned was charged for an extra blanket.

JOSHUA OThe employee was as too busy eating a sandwich and tweaking out to care for the customer service. I informed him that wanted a one-way trip to Millsboro and he did a in town service, which causes me to have to drive back up to Location that came from drop off the vehicle and they still didn’t help me out in anyway after that the Employee gave zero fucks about the customer and I end up getting screwed over by uhaul. I do not recommend this location and I do not recommend you all after this service that I got.

VONDEH CAlthough the men that helped us get this rental, it had water bottles all over the cab, the arm rest was missing on the passenger side. And it was a lot more expensive than the $19.95 advertised. It was $79.08 when we returned it with a full tank of gas.
PAULA TI currently now have roaches from how disgusting this truck was. They were hiding all over the place now. I’m finding them all over my brand new apartment. Now I have to pay to get an exterminator to take care of a problem that U-Haul calls.

PAUL TWe had reserved a 26' truck since the 20' wasn't available, but when we realized how big that truck was, the staff was super helpful in switching us to a 15' that wasn't even listed on the site. They were very friendly and personable and helped make a stressful move a lot easier. The smaller truck fit almost all the furniture and boxes we needed to move, so we only needed to make 2 trips. Highly recommend this location after renting trucks 3 or 4 times from them.

EDWIN MI was extremely disappointed with the outcome of the services I received , poor communication from staff had a reservation for 11 o’clock pick up did not pick my U-Haul up until 4 o’clock That’s how long I was waiting. Ruined my whole day cost me extra money and then was told I was gonna get a 50% off for $50 off never received it just a bunch of lies. I wouldn’t recommend transporting a pig with you. U-Haul people just know never again.
