The initial phone call I received from "scheduling" was horrible - the lady on the phone was using a speaker phone and I could barely understand a word she said. She seemed to tell me that I might not be able to pick up a 26' truck when I reserved it (a full month before my rental started) and I might have to use a 20' truck and I wouldn't know until I arrived if the equipment I ordered would be available. When I tried to get her to explain, SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I called the number back - it took quite a while to get through (someone finally called me back) and I got a human being on the phone who was able to take care of my order and assure me that I would have the equipment I needed. I got two more very professional calls and everything went as I planned. That first awful call caused me to reserve a truck from another rental company just in case. Experiences like that are going to put you all out of business if that happens much.
