Its neither locations fault whatsoever but, I made an appointment to pick the auto transport in Harrington, DE. Thankfully I checked the email that had my receipt and noticed it showed a different pickup location and called to verify everything. Corporate didn't send an email, text, call or anything informing me about the issue. Again, its not either locations fault, this is a corporate issue.

Andy FParking lot was full of large holes. Truck was filthy and smelled of stale cigarettes. The truck should be retired as its tailpipe is hanging, front bumper is hanging off, all around a huge disappointment. If I wasn’t under time constraints I wouldn’t have even taken it and cancelled.
