The truck was dirty and smelled like animals had been in it. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in the front or back. I was told I could return by one time but another time was put in the system. When I tried to amend my reservation due to bad weather and unforeseen circumstances, the 800 number was no help. I was disappointed with my experience overall, not necessarily with this location as much as the company in general. I kept getting misquoted and ended up paying almost $200 more than my original charge.

I dealt with 2 gentlemen at this location. Both were informative and helpful. I thought I had all the right equipment, but I didn't. They explained what I needed and why and showed me. I would highly recommend this location to everyone.

Even though I already prepaid, I had to check in all over again. Took almost 45 minutes. Truck was clean but smelled terrible.

-The truck was filthy in the cab with liquid spilled in the cup holders and sticky seats. -The staff was too busy to bother doing an attentive walk around of the truck to inspect for damage both before and after the rental. -The staff was ridiculously slow and incompetent. One individual left his mouth hanging half open for the duration of the check out and got side tracked with personal conversations several times. -A staff member was arrogant enough to threaten me with “double charges” and late fees because the staff attempted to make an unauthorized change to our contract via verbal agreement but failed to confirm in writing, causing UHAUL to demand I disregard the verbal change. -A female staff member ran my credit card several times and billed me for the wrong amount more than once. She also double billed one rental and forgot the other. -Uhaul had failed to honor their promise to provide audio recordings or transcripts of our calls and has failed to respond to multiple attempts to resolve this issue.

Rented an auto transport that had a broken strap that secure the front tires. Trailer was too short for vehicle. Took trailer back to location and no one can give me an answer as to whether or not I can get my money back. Or at least some of it.

We were suppose to have a 15 foot truck rental, however they didn't have that size for us. We were able to rent a 10 foot but that was not big enough for our move. It was frustrating because we weren't able to get the whole move done and have to take another day and rental to get it done. While we got a$50 credit for our trouble it still didn't help much when you have other people taking time out of their days to help you move.

Have more than one working computer terminal! When uhaul sends out text notifications, mabey alert your customer that a change has been made to the itinerary! We drove 45 mins out of our way to pick up the equipment because the text notification just looked like a confirmation text! This whole transaction sucked!
