Fast and cheap
Rita HThere was no signage around or inside the building to indicate that we were in the correct location to drop off the vehicle (the location also seemed to be a youth gymnasium?). When we entered to building to confirm we were returning the vehicle to the correct location, there was no one in the lobby. We spent maybe 5-10 minutes waiting in the lobby and looking around the front of the building looking for drop off instructions and trying to double check it was the right place. Again no UHaul signage or posted instructions anywhere. Only after this wait did an employee appear and seem confused why we where here, and was quite curt when he told us “just use your phone and put the key in the lock box” and pointed to the side parking lot before he went back inside. We had to walk around the building looking for this tiny lock box which was tucked on the way back side of this fairly large building. I was trying my best to make sure I returned this equipment safely and properly, and from his attitude this employee didn’t appreciate being bothered. I’ve rented UHaul vehicles several times now, and I’ve never dropped them off without an employee coming out to inspect them. I would highly recommend this location put up some signage to indicate that they are a indeed a UHaul rental location, and a sign/poster near the front door/desk indicating that this is a mobile phone pickup/return location only.
Anna TI was Charged for a Furniture dolly I was charged for a regular Dolly I was charged for about 20 pad covers None of that was is the truck when I pick up but still was charge. After I dropped off truck there no real entrance on the building. I ended having to pay $108 deposit now there amazing for $210. Don't use this place just drive the extra mile to get to a better one.
