Si estuve aproximadamente una hora buscando la oficina para poder entregar el cambio y nunca fui atendido por ninguna persona nisiquiera respondieron las llamadas tuve que dejar las llaves del camión en una caja, lo cual no fue apropiado debido a que nadie verificó el horario y las condiciones en el cual se entregó el camión, ustedes como saben empresa reconocida con gran trayectoria debería tomar en cuenta la facilidad y rapidez para el cliente o el usuario al momento de entregar los camiones

You drop off Location was wrong. I never received notice for the new location. You send me a text message for every situation except for changing the drop off location. The drop-off location was very difficult to find. I called the phone number several times to get a human to tell me where to drop off the trailer. I had to call Customer Service two times to figure out where and how to drop off the trailer. I ended up, dropping it off on my own on, hitching it myself and leaving it without talking to anybody. Worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul and I wish I had another option in the future.
James WBasically a little hard to locate, however, they will have a new location soon, so it will not be a problem. The attendant was most helpful and courteous in helping us pick up truck, and understand how everything works.
