First, Person was not at shop. I have to wait about 20 minutes for pickup. Secondly, the air conditioner was not working with outside temperature, so high. I was literally dripping. In cargo area, there was a used mask. I have to remove it myself. Third, person at shop asked me to full the tank. I fuelled the van tank full with $24.26, that is too much for just 14 km. At last, Due to late pickup, My hole moving get late and I got late for my job, for that I have to take uber costing me more $ 44.09. U-Haul charges me so much but provides worst service. Costing me around $115. So, I pay so much and got worst service.Diwyanshu G.

The lady that she served seemed that she didn't like what she was doing and was barely talking and answering my questions. I extremely regret that I spent my money at this location. Unprofessional. Stay away. Location was closed when I arrived and dealer arrived 45 mins after the opening time, that too after I called them. Gave me only 5 furniture pads instead of 12 and was assured that I'll only be charged for 5, but took payment for full amount. First the lady started our agreement then she took a phone call have us standing there while she conversated for 5 minutes. When she wS finished and completed out rental agreement we were on our way.when we came to return the truck she was not there ,there were two small children in the store alone and the oldest one was about 10 years of age told us she went out and would email us the information.i told him no I want her to check the truck n milage with me present,he called her and she was 15 mins... away.i had to wait and when she did return it was completed,this very unprofessional and plus leaving children alone is neglect,I was thinking to call chdrens services.hakh S.

Inside and out, the van I rented was in very good condition. Though someone appeared to have left behind a jacket and I had to mention the actual fuel level in the gas tank before heading out, the staff were friendly and very helpful. I would come back again and share this location with my friends if we ever needed a rental in the future.Heather V.

Went to pickup a truck for 12 noon, the person was not there, she came like it mins after, then she letting me know that the truck am picking up is there but they don't have the key, had to wait an hr before I could get a truck after my initial booking, wasted a hr of my time.Andre H.

Picking up the vehicle was pretty easy. When I requested to get a dolly when purchasing the vehicle I expected to be there. But it wasn't. U-Haul should uphold on what we order. Also the persons who used it before me either crack the side mirror on the passenger side so it was difficult for me to change lanes. I literally had to guess and also they were garbage on the floor of the truckShannelle E.

Oddly, you can book for pickup at 8am at this location, but it doesn't open till 8:30am. Unfortunately, the owner of the shop (it is a variety store) was an hour late or more, and then the previous renter didn't return the keys to the truck! We were in a tight time schedule, and this resulted in us not being able to complete a move all in one day, and will now have to rent again. U-Haul Head office was amazing to change the pick-up to a location closer to me...and then the shop owner arrived, so we proceeded anyways. I had rented the mats, a regular truck/dolly & an an appliance truck. They only gave me 6 mats instead of the 12 & charged full price, and the regular truck...didn't have the appliance one. Disappointing experience overall...Selby H.

Very poor customer service as the staff was continuously busy laughing extremely loud and chatting over the phone for the whole process. She would not respond to the questions asked because she was so busy chatting over the phone . Very poor customer service. I have never seen such a disastrous uhaul place in life. Overall I was very disappointed with the service I received. I was told over the phone the deposit was $100 and when I got there I was told it was $166. The truck was full of snow, everything was frozen. There was no gas in it to begin with and the tire needed air. I didn't feel safe driving this truck at all. I didn't even want to pay for anything because the service wasn't good at all. I would appreciate if a refund could be established because I rented from an actual location before and had NO problems. I don't think I will ever use uhaul again.alexandera S.

I was told different rate per km at the location. And when i returned U-Haul it was way higher what you asking in the bill it was $198 something.after arguing with the owner she said i don't have to pay anything as my card was charged $78.25 so nothing more left to pay. After a month U-Haul charges me $132.76 all without my permission.This is crime.I will get the refund and will complain to consumer rights too.DHARMENDRA P.

The owner was really not helpful. I was suppose to pick up the truck at 6:30 in the evening and his 11 year old son was asking me the questions and looking after my registration. He was (I guess) unable to find it so called her mom and she was at the store at 7:00 PM. after that she helped me out and she said that my contract will be e-mailed to me but have not received that till now. She never mentioned that I had to fuel it back as it was. Which I did as I knew the policy of uhaul as I have rented that before. Even though I was charged for the fuel. The fuel tank was already less than half and I did return the same. While returning I had to return that at 9:00 in the morning and i called her as the store was not open. I was already late for my work and than she was waiting at nearby Tims to get a coffee. She opened the store at 9:30. It was really a bad experience and will never be there and will never recommend the place.Kaival S.

My concern was from the reservation which was made a week in advance, everything was processed and when I picked up the keys I was told a the very last second, "sorry, we do not have any of your moving blankets." I ordered 3 dozen and they agreed but provided nothing, then asked if I still wanted the truck. I felt like my back was up against the wall and was in no position to cancel the truck. I could not believe it! Now I was concerned for the protection of the thousands of dollars of goods that I was about to move without damaging anything, this was extremely negligent on the company's part and grossly unfair that they did not notify me in advance if they lacked the goods that they were charging me for. Very unprofessional and my suggestion to anyone out there thinking about renting a vehicle from this company - be clear what you need, check in advance and think about other options if applicable.Rick P.
