How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location had no personnel available. The business said it was open at 11, but even when we dropped off the truck door was locked. This was my first self checked mobile experience and it was lengthy and confusing. I had a reservation but upon arrival it took me 20 minutes to download the app, pay and get the lock code to unlock truck. All of this process cut into my actual moving time. On top of this, I paid for dolly which was never in the truck, and furniture pads which no one was physically there to give to me. This u haul location needs to be more transparent that its completely SELF CHECKOUT, not just indicating that its a u haul location. If I had known this I would have gone to an actual location where I didn't need to do all the administration work and pay the same price. As per the refund of the missing dolly and furniture pad I had to call customer service once, then Webchat from app to explain my situation and finally got refund. Overall this was my first bad u hual experience
