I was called from corp. office insisting I return truck on time due to need. I had rental until10am Wednesday. I was told they closed at 6pm [it was 4pm. I RUSHED to accommodate the request and returned between 5-5:30. When I got there the man there said the rep was gone for the day and come back tomorrow. I said can I leave the truck anyway he was visibly not pleased and demanded I take the truck around back because it was unacceptable to leave the truck in the front. After rushing to comply with a request to turn in early driving to the back was not a big deal but I took offense with his tone and I told him and left the keys on the counter. Mobile pick up did not work. When starting the pick up process it said the location was closed and to wait until the next day. Luckily the shop owner processed my contract after hours but otherwise if the store had been closed it would have prevented pick up and been a negative experience.MEAGAN A.
Truck cab was very dirty and hadnt been sanitized by my 3pm pickup time. Previous customer had left personal articles behind---a shoe, socks and a shoebox containing shoe shine items. If I hadnt been doubly Covid vaccinated and in desperate need of a truck to move that day, I would NEVER have accepted a truck in that condition!!MIRIAM G.

Be honest and respect your customers..I was charged for more miles than I used. The miles in the truck before I even drove did it much what was indicated and I even have pictures I took before I took off I asked the manager to fix it and he refused because he is bound by â€œUhaul Rulesâ€œ Iam not happy and I don't trust Uhaul again to run an honest business. The locations manager was helpful and informative. I had a difficult time hunting down my pick up location because the app listed an address that did not provide what I had reserved. My reservation was for 9:30 pick up but was not able to get a truck until 11:30 at different location. I understand that these things happen but it was unexpected. I had to go to three different locations before I was able to get a truck that I had reserved prior to scheduled. In all my experience with the man that I had rented the truck from was very good and well managed. The online registration was not accurate and was not up to date to what each location had available and sent me on a wild goose chase the day of my move. Over all the experience was good, the truck was well kept and the damage report process was very simple. Always get the insurance.Mollie C.

I reserved the truck for pickup at 10:30am. The owner was l2 hours late opening. I was on 1800 u haul with Shannon for assistance. The smartphone pick up didn't work. There was no Dropbox 3 to pick up the keys. Owner had removed it. This is horrible and I was charged and an addl fee of $78.00+ when the truck was returned I have a copy of the drop time, odometer and fuel level. This unacceptable and ridiculous. I was late picking up the truck because of the owner which made my movers late. I feel that I am due a refund of the additional $78.00+ charge. Please advise...Marcia W.
I had to wait 2 hours for the location to open. I was charged an additional fee of $79.82. I took pictures of the odometer and the fuel gas of 1/4 tank as requested. I don't feel that I should have been charged an additional fee and I will not recommend this location as a reputable U Haul dealer. If I had to wait 2 hrs to pick up my truck , I should not have been charged additional fees. This delay cost me more money because my movers had to wait on the truck ;unacceptable !!!!Marcia W.

I received texts from uhaul telling me to return the truck to two different locations so I chose this one. it was a sunday and the location was not open. when I tried to use the phone to return the truck it did not work, I got two verification codes 480338 and 857221. on Monday I was charged $20. I emailed the location with the information that I have shown here but got no response.John D.

The new self-checkout process was so cool! I was really impressed. I don't know if a grandma or grandpa would have handled it well, but for somewhat tech-savvy folks, it was awesome. I was a little surprised by the need to call two of my contacts, not knowing if they'd pick up the phone or be confused, but it worked out fortunately. It might be good to explain that a little better. Anyway, great system! The business owner was there when I returned the van and he was really nice too.Rebecca R.

Pickup was scheduled for 11am at a location that opened for business at 10am. They did not arrive to open the store until noon. I also declined the insurance as i have personal insurance. When i checked my receipt, i see that I was charged for it anyway. Also the estimate of your rental holds on your card for 48 hrs even after you return the vehicle. Replace your current manager for this location. He was late on the day I arrived to reserve my truck and didn't value my time. He gestured his hands towards the chairs and told me to wait and sit down while he set up the display shelf with phones and ipads. He quoted me one price on the day of reservation. On the day of picking up the truck he was 5 Minutes late and the same thing occurred again with me and moving crew having to wait on him again but this time we waited close to a hour while he closed out the truck we needed. He didn't check the truck thoroughly. He only wrote down the mileage on the truck but did not check the back of the truck because he was rushing. He then had me redo everything again as far as my debit card information, quote and name in which was given the previous day. He also quoted me a much higher price. I was not pleased with the unprofessional service I received. I have never experienced something so bad as this dealing with a well known company. Two thumbs down.Hazel T.

I was setup to do the remote pickup since the location didn't open until late morning and I needed the truck first thing. The keys had been locked inside the cab with no way to access them. The provided phone number went to someone's personal voice mail and they were unable to do anything at the national number. I had to wait until someone showed up at the location with keys to unlock the door.Lane F.

This location gave us a Uhaul truck that was not cleaned out from the previous renters, and decided to charge us 25.00 cleaning service fee. When infact all we moved were two sofas, two TV sets, and a luggage with clothes. How they assum that it is ok to charge a cleaning fee with no pictures or any evidence to show us of the "cleaning" had to do. They realized that renting the van for a short distance was not enough to make money so they decided to tag a long a made up fee.YORDANOS T.

The truck I received was extremely hot by the gas paddle/in front of the middle seat/to the left of the passenger seat. Hot burning heat should not have been coming out in the inside of the truth. My gas foot was extremely hot and it made my drive cumbersome.Sartosha T.

No one was at the 'store' when we returned our rental. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to show up we made a phone call and found out it was just a 'drop off' site. Person on phone was pleasant and helpful and answered our questions re: our rental charges.LINDA R.

This was a bad experience. We reserved a trailer in Norcross GA in advance, which was switched last minute to this location, 30 minutes from where we were staying. We requested a closer place, which was done - 484 Mitchell RD NW Norcross for 11 AM pick up. I arrived there, it was closed. I called the store, the owner stated his store was closed until Monday. Either he messed up and never notified Uhaul that his store was closed or Uhaul messed up. I eventually went to place 30 minutes away in Tucker. He looked up our reservation and apparently whomever entered it in the system messed it up, so we started from scratch. All in all it took 2 hours out of my Thanksgiving trip visiting family. Horrible coordination, very disappointed in Uhaul.PETER N.
