I booked a 26’ u-haul for a one way trip from the lower mainland to the interior. I asked for 4 days and everything seemed fine. When they call to confirm the day before, they booked it for a return trip and 1 day. The experience over the phone talking to the employee and then the manager, was absolutely terrible. They made it seem like it was my fault. I booked this via phone and talked to the person for over 20 minutes. It was pretty hard to screw up the conversation, but they did. The manager was something else, the worst customer experience I’ve ever been involved in.

MARTIN PArrived 15 mins early and checked in online and then was told through the app to get the keys from the person in the office- problem was we waited over 30 minutes to get the keys which ate into our reservation time…. The lady working there wasn’t in the office for around 15 mins and when she came back she was so incredibly slow taking approximately 15-20 mins per person with a reservation. Appalling service. Not a simple or fast process at all. I’ve been to another location in maple ridge before and it was extremely fast and straight forward, nothing like this experience.

terry bPick up time changed by uhaul from 7 am to 9 am. Did not receive truck until 10am. Put my schedule and paid labour behind 3 hours. Attendant was very nice but there needed to be 2 more workers there as there was at least 10 people in line waiting for trucks.

DAN MBasically truck was clearly seen that is was used by some construction guy because when take it, the whole inside storage cabin was having a white dirt which normally released by plaster board...my all the bags and mattresses got dirty with white coloured powder...so this wasn't good sign...hate it...
