All my complaints are about the van itself. It was filthy when I picked it up and I had to pay car wash as well. Backup camera shows on rear view mirror, which proved obtrusive, and has no tracking lines! Very very hard to use especially in sunlight. Back doors jam easily and one must be fully closed and the other quite open to use them. Side door does not close properly from the inside because it won't close when someone's holding the handle open, but there's no other handle to pull it closed. I know it's not designed to close when someone's in it, but then again there's no reason that couldn't happen. I did not like such a textured grid on the box floor rubber because you can't easily slide tubs or boxes along on it. So for my purposes, I was not enamored with the van or the rental. Also quite annoyed that you make it look like it so cheap,19.95 a day but in 10 days for me it was nowhere near $200 it was $700 and something by the time you had everything else added on. Of course that is your gimmick but I'm just telling you I notice it and I don't like it. Now about the guys that run your rental office here, they are fantastic! They showed me around inside in advance and let me take pictures, they were very pleasant and jovial and I would absolutely do business with them again. It's a towing company in Mission BC that manages the U-Haul rentals. Because of those guys of the towing company, I gave the four stars above but there would be two less if I was as disappointed in them as the van. But no, they were great! As for would I recommend U-Haul, yes I would but I would tell people make sure you ask what all the costs are before you decide.
