There was no help offered when picking up the trailer although I did not need help since I own several trailers and experienced with them.

MARK HHaving the gas station as the U-Haul business eliminates having to go out of the way to get gas before returning the truck! The U-Haul employees I encountered were very kind and helpful, can't beat that!

Stacy SThe key drop box slot was not big enough to store the key to the cargo van. We had to provide it to the gas station attendant at the location. Also, the van showed 3/4 of a tank but the gas was overflowing out of the tank when trying to get it to full. Now I had to pay $13 more to u-haul for not returning to a full tank. Not fair, and not my fault.

Glenn SWhen I arrived, it wasn’t any clear part as to where to put the key. The staff seemed confused when asked.
SHARON PThe wheel straps on the auto trailer had been worn down and too short. During transport the straps came undone. This was extremely dangerous. I had to stop and purchase additional straps. The auto carrier was in poor and dangerous condition.
Elias SA Gas Station is a bizarre place to drop off a U-Haul truck rental. No signage and the person who did the final transaction/inspection was the same lady stocking chips and candy bars. Which is normally whatever, but she was cold and standoffish the entire time, barely even addressed me.
MATTHEW ZMobile sign in was terrible. All the information required should have been vetted before the time of pick up. My time that I paid for was wasted by the drivers license check etc.

JULIE FThis is a review of my Uhaul experience overall not just the location. Reserved the truck for pick up and drop of at this location, was notified a day prior the pick up location was changed to Home Depot 10 miles farther up the road. Arrived the day of pick up only to see zero U-Haul trucks in the parking lot. Pull out the phone to call U-Haul and had another pick up change that morning, farther up the road. Went there only to find they were closed the 4th and 5th of July for the holiday. Called U-Haul and after being on hold for 15 minutes was told they would have to transfer me to a regional office, 10 minutes later a young lady named Amy answered.i explained what happened, she apologized for the complete run around I endured trying to get the truck. She then said she would look in the system to find me a truck, which she did within 2 minutes! Amazingly it was at the original location in Dunkirk, MD that I requested! Back to Dunkirk I go. The lady apologized, stated she would put 20 miles free for the in town rental and would give me a 10% discount for being retired military when I returned the truck the next day. Fast forward to the next day, the move is complete and back to Dunkirk I go to turn the truck in. Gentleman states the truck isn’t in the system and I can’t turn it in at this location. I ask where I needed to go and he stated he didn’t know. I requested he call U-Haul and find out, he did and stated I needed to take it to a location in Owings MD. I explained to him the lady yesterday told me to bring it back here and I was not taking it elsewhere. I requested he call U-Haul again and get this resolved. He called, no one answered and he stated there was nothing else he could do. I get my phone out, call U-Haul and finally get the truck turned in at that location. They did not honor the free mileage or the military discount. This was the most horrendous time I have ever had renting a vehicle in my entire life! U-Haul completely failed. Time to look for a Penske rental next time!

Steven AWhen dropping off the equipment the area it was supposed to go was blocked by a truck.The attendance got a little angry at me for parking it in front of another piece of equipment but there was nowhere else for me to put it. They need to regulate thier parking arrangements better instead of taking it out on the customer.

We don’t know the this location don’t take truck after 7:00pm and no one told us about it and my reservation said before 9:30pm. We came in this location about 7:20pm and she seems annoyed and said we can’t leave cause we made the reservation online. We don’t want to come back tomorrow and we didn’t have time to fill up the gas. Here is her voicemail for me: 13018121640 Deposited a new message: "Mister, this is Audrey at the um U haul dealership. Gerradi HAll cargo trailers should come with a wench just in case of break downs. Trailer would have been too heavy for me to lift off of my hitch. That is my only complaint. Every thing was great other than that.

Don PThe location is convenient, but the office is tough to find. That’s because the office is also a gas station. It’s very confusing. There is not much of a selection of trucks/trailers. This place is handy because it’s the closest location to me, but if I needed anything other than a single day trailer or truck rental I’d go to a full service location like the one in Annapolis.
David ENo rental tools ie dolly, appliance dolly, blankets, all i paid for in the reservation. None of that was available. Truck was dirty both in the cab and the box at the time of rental. I swept it out prior to return.

John SFire the rude dude. Also have trucks at location that the requested pickup location. I had to go 30 mins in the opposite direction. Just to get truck to moving site ate my included milage. This was not a benefit to me.
Roslyn BI was called three days after dropping off my uhaul to ask if I still had it because they had never close it out. I had already did the check out online and dropped the keys in the dropbox. I then received a phone call today, which is over a week later saying I was being charge for gas when the gas tank was at the same place it was when I received it
