Having the gas station as the U-Haul business eliminates having to go out of the way to get gas before returning the truck! The U-Haul employees I encountered were very kind and helpful, can't beat that!

Stacy SThe key drop box slot was not big enough to store the key to the cargo van. We had to provide it to the gas station attendant at the location. Also, the van showed 3/4 of a tank but the gas was overflowing out of the tank when trying to get it to full. Now I had to pay $13 more to u-haul for not returning to a full tank. Not fair, and not my fault.
