The computer system kept crashing and would not process the credit card that was already holding the reservation, denied even having the trailer on site even tho it was hooked up to the vehicle already. It took more than an hour thirty min to finish the transaction. This was NOT the fault of the employee it is the poor network system of U HAUL. Customer service never answered the call after being on hold for 40.min and the scheduled call back was for 4.5 hours LATER in the day. There is NO customer service where UHaul is concerned and the waste if time was completely unacceptable. Your customer service center is completely inept, and NON EXISITENT

Small operation so didn't have a huge selection of vehicles but they had the one I needed when I needed it. Staff was friendly and professional.

JOHN RIt had a low tire message and the check engine light was on. Seat cover was always slipping up. This should have been fixed ( tires) at the very least before pick up
