They are a third party pick up and drop off point with no utility carts or other needed items. Had to go to another U Haul store to get the items.

The app was not user friendly for a first time rental. I followed it step by step and ended up being locked in the storage yard because I had not yet obtained the key and could not go back to find the gate passcode. I had to call customer service to get out. It took almost an hour to get the truck. Fortunately, your rep gave me the hour back so I could complete my move on time. I suggest the app have an overview of the entire process.

I was given a gate code to get the van and by the time I brought the van back I couldn't find the slip of paper and I could not remember the gate code. It might work better to have a card where the code can be written that would not bend and fold, I'm sure it fell out of my pocket without my even realizing it.

Did not have the right lock, boxes or blankets. Uhaul sent all info to wrong email and failed to correct it so I had to pay movers with Venmo and wait for a refund.

Check the gas level and make sure it is full. Take pictures of everything. Read all paperwork. I got my truck with gas 3/4 and when I returned with 3/4 gas, I was charged for not filling up to the full. They offered me a refund after 3 hours of discussions and submitting before and after pictures with gas receipts. UHAUL doesn't understand customer service.

The employee was rude and after I told her I needed to leave to put money into my account she canceled my reservation and when I came back, she didn't put the right amount of rental time that I needed. I needed 24 hrs and she only put 6 hrs.

Very quick order process. I was having trouble scheduling my pickup online so I called the location and Tabitha was very helpful to schedule it with me over the phone! When I got there to pickup she also explained everything I needed to do when returning the truck! Very good customer service!

Interior was dirty, there was garbage in the cup holders. They didn't have the moving pads I ordered and was told nothing they could do about it, woman working was the least friendly human I have met in awhile. I felt like I couldn't even ask a question without her breathing all mad, cranky, horrible first impression, truck ran fine got the job done, online checkin however in a total nightmare.

Their gate didn't work to get out and we had to wait there for 30+ min when we were supposed to be leaving. No one answered phone calls, and employee was late showing up for work. Uhaul was no help either on the phone. Pretty bad experience

The ignition on my 10' truck was touchy. I had to try several times to turn the engine on. Everything else was fine!

The truck itself was fine. Well maintained, and in good condition. The location was not acceptable. I had reserved a 10' truck and an appliance dolly. I called the day prior to my reservation, to confirm. There was no answer, so I left a voicemail. There was no return call. I called again the day of my reservation. The agent confirmed the reservation. When I got to the location, the truck was there, but there was no appliance Dolly. The agent got upset when I asked why she confirmed the reservation if not all of it was available. I admit that I was agitated and that I would not have a Dolly to move the 400 pound desk I needed to move. But the agent got very agitated and confrontational. She threatened not to allow me to take the truck. When I tried to check the truck back in on the website, the website could not verify my location despite me being inside the lat. At the location. The whole process was rather aggravating.

The U-Haul website would not allow me to complete the return on the app as it had a glitch on the mileage section as it would not allow me to enter the correct mileage and continue. The ability to take a picture of the fuel and mileage to verify on return was a great new feature! You need to remind the CSR's to advise renters that before they leave they will get a text message to advise how to look over the moving van to verify equipment condition. By the time I saw the text message on my phone the link had expired.

I've already said what I needed to say in your feedback section. Short version: Instructions on where to pick up the van we're incorrect. Instructions on where to drop it off made no sense as it relates to the location. Got locked inside the gated area because the end of the return process didn't give me the code to the gate and after all of the different things you are asked to do before returning the vehicle I had forgotten the code. All that coupled with the fact it was raining at the time made for a terrible experience.

Web site wouldn't access my location, despite location services being turned on. Had to download the app. I didn't want to. When I needed help and I had to call 3 times before got an answer.

I originally wanted a 17' truck, but they only had 15', but we made it work nonetheless. I also ordered furniture blankets, but they were out. The clerk swapped out for a furniture dolly, no extra charge. I also needed the truck for 2 days, and was patient with me for bringing it back later than anticipated.

Pickup access as well as drop off is a nightmare. You are given a code to get in to pick up or drop off your vehicle. Then you are left locked in and must break out to get the U-Haul vehicle keys at the start, or return to your car at the end of the day. Bad form!!!!!

Got overcharged because the lady in charge did not check the mileage on the truck and she also added insurance when I declined it online so she had to call about ten people and after an hour of waiting she finally got my refund but with a horrible attitude saying that is the customer's responsibility to check the mileage and saying that I told her that I did want the insurance when we barely even talked when I came in to pick up the truck horrible experience now I need it to rent another truck within a week but I will not be doing business at U-Haul again.

The woman who worked here parked right in front of the swing gate with a "no parking" sign right next to it. The swing gate is only opened on the right side. So we can't get our truck inside. When we tried to make a way to get inside,(the office was closed), then this woman came out (guess she is the guard?). Yelled at us "what are you doing to my car?!" I said "you are blocking the gate and parked next to the no parking sign". She again :"I work here! you could scratch my car! " You should get a code to open the gate!" Then she just left. The Uhaul app and even the sign on the gate (can see in the picture) told me just remove the pin and open the gate and I never recieved any codes. I returned my truck on the parking lot outside. Even if there is code stuff, is this the reason Uhaul staff can park their car right next to no parking sign to block the gate? I can't believe there is actual person so shameless accusing others for her own fault. Awful experience.

Cheryl Revis has excellent customer skills. She was very nice to deal with when I picked up and dropped off my truck. Also I really liked the ease of ordering my rental on line. The U-Haul site was easy to use and I even had to go in and make a change to my reservation. All done with ease on line. Thank you

Have the trucks clean with no snow in warm up ready for the customer to take the rental Right awaynot for the customer to clean the truck in and stuck the truck from all the snow It took me one hour to get the truck unstuck from all the snow pile and tires

Rental office opened late, wasn't prepared & took 30+ mins to get the truck. The truck wasn't clean, and had less fuel than stated in the contract (the gauge only displays by quarters). Upon return, the employee didn't check the truck in, didn't receive a total for the bill until the email arrived.

Gas tank was on empty when I picked it up. Not a great start when you want to start packing a truck. Also, the customer service attitude and treatment was the worst I have seen! It appeared she was having frustrating system issues and lack of help.

Was charged for a doll and blankets that I did not request or use. A couple of phone calls later I was able to get the charges refunded. I had an issue with my return as my cell phone was dead (had been using it for navigation all day). I couldn't complete the return process using the normal link but did send an email after the fact explaining my problem and UHaul excepted my return as on time, even though the email was sent some minutes after the 5PM check in time. I'm pleased that UHaul was so understanding of my problem and that I wasn't penalized. Overall, a very good experience and another example of why I always use UHaul. Thank you!

U Haul site crashed when I arrived to pick up my truck. The location had no paperwork to allow for computers being down. It was an hour past my pick up time before I was on my way. More details on truck return were needed. The keys were in the drop box before realizing pictures were needed for online form completion.

The only reason I rated the location as above average because it was really difficult to drive the 26' uHaul out of the location because the storage units were so close together. Had I chosen a smaller uHaul, it would have been fine. I would suggest in the future that that location not have a uHaul larger than 20 feet.

I had a vehicle confirmed for a move. I had paid movers waiting and no truck for 3 hours. Not to mention I had to pick it up 20 miles in the wrong direction from where I reserved. Overall easily cost me an additional $60 in mileage, $20 in fuel and $150 for the movers.

Problems with the printer prevented me from getting a receipt. Trailer contained dirt and food items. External was also filthy. Trailer lights and door worked as intended, however.

The extender for the tail lights on the trailer didn't work. There was also no one there to help us set up the cords for the trailer. We had to go to a mechanic to get it done. Uhual didn't have anyone there that could do it.

Odd that I could select a two-wheeler and moving blankets on-line but the location (3rd party) doesn't have them. Seems easy enough to have the web site not offer these options if I choose this location - was a problem! Was cheap to rent for the time I had the truck and it was clean! Would probably rent again if I needed a truck for more than 75 minutes!

Check engine light was on the moment I started up the truck and there were no additional equipment that I requested. Also, it took a long time because i was not aware that i needed another point of contact as i was moving alone
