There was confusion about where to drop off the trailer I rented and was told I could return to this location. The attendant was clearly busy with other customers but really unhappy as a result.

rick M.Struggle with the online pick up process. I didn't know there was staff on site until some other renters showed up and went inside. Once there they have blankets that were on my rental reservation.
Jill R.Employee did not know what he was doing for the truck return. The truck return was not finalized until I contacted UHaul directly. If I had not done that, I would have been charged a late fee. And, this incompetence meant that the truck was not available if someone else had been looking to rent it. He also did not know what he was doing for renting a storage unit. Our access code to the storage facility did not work, so he used his employee code to let us in while he “worked on†the issue. This resulted in me having to do all the heavy lifting because when my husband came, he could not get in to help us. Extremely frustrating !!
