The location was fine but they did not put in the dolly I requested or the blankets. The self service on the app was horrible and was not working. The app was malfunctioning and it took an hour to complete the pick up.

Mostly enjoyed the ease of picking it up and dropping it off. The truck was an older truck but served its purpose well.

Kenneth GThe shipping blankets were soaking wet. I rented an appliance cart and was not provided with one, though I was charged. I did not rent a furniture dolly and was not supplied with one, but I believe I was charged for one. I did not rent a utility dolly but was supplied with one. Other than that everything was fine.
Paul BWhen I made the reservation I declined safe move coverage and when I came to sign for another driver she added it back on. I did not want or need the coverage and don’t understand why it was added.
