The location was fine, gets job done. The app - whatever “updates” have been done on the last few months - is AWFUL!! Used to be so slick. Had nothing but issues w the app and cost my staging company over 90 minutes of billable time, using chat (no one empowers to resolve issues) and trying to get app to cooperate. Zero stars for uHaul app.

Billie BThe location was fine but they did not put in the dolly I requested or the blankets. The self service on the app was horrible and was not working. The app was malfunctioning and it took an hour to complete the pick up.
