They are a third party pick up and drop off point with no utility carts or other needed items. Had to go to another U Haul store to get the items.

The app was not user friendly for a first time rental. I followed it step by step and ended up being locked in the storage yard because I had not yet obtained the key and could not go back to find the gate passcode. I had to call customer service to get out. It took almost an hour to get the truck. Fortunately, your rep gave me the hour back so I could complete my move on time. I suggest the app have an overview of the entire process.

I was given a gate code to get the van and by the time I brought the van back I couldn't find the slip of paper and I could not remember the gate code. It might work better to have a card where the code can be written that would not bend and fold, I'm sure it fell out of my pocket without my even realizing it.

Did not have the right lock, boxes or blankets. Uhaul sent all info to wrong email and failed to correct it so I had to pay movers with Venmo and wait for a refund.

Check the gas level and make sure it is full. Take pictures of everything. Read all paperwork. I got my truck with gas 3/4 and when I returned with 3/4 gas, I was charged for not filling up to the full. They offered me a refund after 3 hours of discussions and submitting before and after pictures with gas receipts. UHAUL doesn't understand customer service.

The employee was rude and after I told her I needed to leave to put money into my account she canceled my reservation and when I came back, she didn't put the right amount of rental time that I needed. I needed 24 hrs and she only put 6 hrs.

Very quick order process. I was having trouble scheduling my pickup online so I called the location and Tabitha was very helpful to schedule it with me over the phone! When I got there to pickup she also explained everything I needed to do when returning the truck! Very good customer service!

Interior was dirty, there was garbage in the cup holders. They didn't have the moving pads I ordered and was told nothing they could do about it, woman working was the least friendly human I have met in awhile. I felt like I couldn't even ask a question without her breathing all mad, cranky, horrible first impression, truck ran fine got the job done, online checkin however in a total nightmare.

Their gate didn't work to get out and we had to wait there for 30+ min when we were supposed to be leaving. No one answered phone calls, and employee was late showing up for work. Uhaul was no help either on the phone. Pretty bad experience

The ignition on my 10' truck was touchy. I had to try several times to turn the engine on. Everything else was fine!

The truck itself was fine. Well maintained, and in good condition. The location was not acceptable. I had reserved a 10' truck and an appliance dolly. I called the day prior to my reservation, to confirm. There was no answer, so I left a voicemail. There was no return call. I called again the day of my reservation. The agent confirmed the reservation. When I got to the location, the truck was there, but there was no appliance Dolly. The agent got upset when I asked why she confirmed the reservation if not all of it was available. I admit that I was agitated and that I would not have a Dolly to move the 400 pound desk I needed to move. But the agent got very agitated and confrontational. She threatened not to allow me to take the truck. When I tried to check the truck back in on the website, the website could not verify my location despite me being inside the lat. At the location. The whole process was rather aggravating.
