They can have lights on, it was dark, not so sure about the pics I sent in. To U-Haul overall, We filled the truck up to the place it was when we got it, but you still charged me for some gas. Pictures are truth, the place we rented it from said it was just under 3/4. That is where we filled it to.Cheryl T.

The online pickup experience is NOT seamless. I spent A LOT of time waiting for a representative to validate my pickup and then they called my husband to get approval for me to be a driver when I was the one who made the reservation and added HIM as a SECONDARY driver. The location didn't have any hand dollies and I didn't find this out until I was picking up. I ended up renting dollies from Home Depot for triple the cost of UHaul. I was given a refund for the dollies and an additional $6 credit for the inconvenience. While that is appreciated, it didn't make up for the unexpected extra spend I had to incur.Andrea C.

After choosing my pick up location, and completing my reservation, the location in the confirmation text was different than the location I chose. I called to clarify the location with customer service, and the agent first said that the address in the text was the headquarters. I explained that it was a local address, that's when she realized there was a discrepancy in the location. She said she updated it, in which I received an email with the update of the location that was in the text I received. On the day of my reservation, I went to that location to do mobile pick up, and when attempting to check in, it showed my reservation was at the original location I chose, not the one that was supposedly in the "updated" reservation. I had to go inside to have the agent at that location help me, which took a lot more time than it should have. A hold was put on my bank card, for the estimated amount, but after I dropped the truck off, the total was less. A second charge for the previous estimated amount, was charged on my bank card again, not the actual amount of my rental! The truck had some debris in it when I picked it up. The radio had a short in it where it kept switching to aux/device mode randomly. Any button I pushed made it switch also. I did not choose to add safemove to my rental, but it was added anyway. These are not issues that a customer should have to experience!Sherry H.

I had an order for a furniture dolly which was not in the truck at pick up. I called and the person on the phone made a note. I returned the truck with a note as well, yet still got charged.Bryan C.
