Nice clean truck, no issues at all. Truck space worked exactly as needed. Spent 80 bucks for a whole day. Checking in online was a bit screwy at first but then I downloaded the app and it went perfect. A bit long to check in but you’d go through the same thing with an employee. Overall rating A.

Very friendly and helpful, but why can't the rental be adjusted when you return 3 days early?
William WI was frustrated with the constant add-ons and hidden Fees.
Sonya PI had a disappointing experience with U-Haul. Initially, I was told to "go somewhere else" by the manager because he didn't think I had proper documentation to rent a U-Haul. I found this treatment rude and unwelcoming. I recommend that they prioritize being nice to their future customers, as people are not always what they seem at first glance.
