Made the online reservation and shortly showed up at the store to find my truck ready to go. The person behind the counter was extremely pleasant and got me out the door quickly. The check-in upon the return was just as quick. Thanks!!!!
DENNIS RWhen I made the reservation online, I opted OUT of the SafeMove coverage. I didn’t realize it until we retrieved the truck but we were still charged the $15 for it. When I called the Towne Storage location the rep said that once the truck is tried there’s Is nothing they can do. So I am not going to get a refund of the $15 of coverage that I did not want in the first place. If it wasn’t for this, I probably would give a better rating.

TYREE ADoubt anything can be improved, location was perfect, great customer service, showed me all different Dolly equipment so I could make a better choice on what to rent, truck was super clean in and out, I have 0 complaints at all, I'm going back in a couple days to get me another dolly for a day or two

DENEB CThe worst experience ever. Did not have the truck ready when I came. Then gave me a truck that didn't work and had to switch me to another truck. Waited an hour outside the building for then to get back from their break when my reservation was at 1pm. Then the gave me the wrong gate code to leave the facility and I got locked in the storage facility for 30 minutes whole they left and went to the bank. The worst experience I've ever had.
Cody DI wouldn't recommend changing anything. The lady at the counter (I don't remember her name) was very patient and kind. She was able to accommodate my needs right away. The box truck was ready to go. No issues at all.

Hugo CVan had a bad smell I was told to return while closed and do something on a app somi jus kept it another day because I wasn't sure how to do what they asked due to being closed it was very bad smell too
Stephanie GU-Haul clearly not really their business—too few parking spaces. Low service but I was just glad for the convenience of it being close to me and the lock actually working.
TAMERA HI did the "check-in" work online (i.e. upload driver's license and opt-in/out for insurance and "extras" that they offer), in hopes of getting in and out of there. This worked out perfectly. I went into the office, which was very clean and orderly, and the employee already had my truck ready on the side of the building. She did have to grab the dollies that I rented, but she was quick to grab them. I made sure to use the texted link to take pics of the truck and confirm the odometer reading, etc.. Everything was smooth sailing!

Linda SI had the worst experience ever at this location. I made a reservation for 10am, I had trouble with my apartment timing so I called at 9:32am and asked if it’s okay if I come in later, the man on the phone said “absolutely no problem, as long as you come in”. So when I get there Valerie and Jeff were there. They couldn’t find my reservation and told me I must’ve called a third party company so I called the same number and it was this location. Valerie also said the whole system crashed which is very rare in her experience. Yet, the other computer worked perfectly fine. Jeff ended up handling the rest of the transaction and was very unprofessional and rude. He was unapologetic when it came to not finding my reservation. He asked me if I would have it back by 6pm (which was the time originally I needed to return it) I said “sure” he said “I’m going to need a yes or no, not a sure so will you bring it back by 6pm or not” with a neck roll and rolling of eyes. Jeff conducted his customer service with aggression after seeing my frustration about the whole situation. This was the worst experience in all costumer service history. I will never come back and I want my money back

Giovanni BPeanuts were on the pull out ramp. Location doesn’t have many supplies and no service to check in and out.
Melanie DWhen I went to check in the vehicle (2:30) the manager was rude and too lazy to even give me a receipt, she insisted that she would email me one.. When I got the receipt I found that she waited from 2:30 to 4:30 to check me in, which means she was able to charge me for two days because my check-in time was 4:23. On Monday I stopped at the office to complain and was told it was because they both the manager and her assistant were on break at 2:30. I am going to dispute this charge with Bank of America and post as many reviews as I can.
Del HI needed to rent a storage shed after my mom passed away. This was the hardest time in my life and their care, kindness, and compassion was so appreciated:)

John M10 foot truck did not come with a ramp, which was shocking. I thought all moving trucks were equipped with a ramp. If I had known, I would have gone to another location to seek one out. It made the move more difficult. This is why I only rated the truck as average. Other than that, it was clean and easy to drive.
Rhonda AI brought the truck back around 2pm but was checked in late and I replaced the gas to over what it was when given to me but it looks like I was charged for gas. The lady just asked for the keys and nothing else.
