The gentleman opened early to let me rent the truck as another location did not have the truck I had reserved over there. The truck was in great condition.

Booked online, got to pick up site 30 minutes late and reservation was cancelled. Called service number to reinstate rental. Waited on hold for at least 30 minutes. Person that finally answered was very polite but had wrong information on how to obtain key for the truck. Finally, someone showed up that works at the rental location and finished up the rental. All took so much extra time I was not able to finish the task I was renting the truck for.

Compensation financial credit. The inside of thr truck smelled like a dog had been present. Needed to be wiped down and sprayed. When I asked if we were going to do a walk around for the truck I was told they don’t do that anymore. My tire straps was put on incorrectly. I drove 15 min away and the left step was really loose. I tightened it down. I had to constantly check. During the night the left one came completely off. It delayed my trip and I missed my window for the unloading. The anxiety and PTSD it triggered for me and my family who had to constantly stayed on the phone to calm me down.

The owner met us outside. We never had to go in. Was friendly on the phone. Unsure in person, as I did not give back the keys, my hubby did. I put above average because he was open until 6pm. I didn't give excellent since I didn't go in and that wouldn't be fair for me to give that rating. Thankful they were open 'til 6pm. *Your system would not allow me to leave "Not Applicable" under the "clean and inviting"....

Be open on time and prepared. This location was not open on time and it took way too long for paperwork. The trailer that was reserved was available but no where near the truck.

I was promised an email several times to acknowledge the delivery and drop-off of trailer. I didn't receive a trailer drop-off email. My wife finally got on line to acknowledge trailer drop-off, but I am still being billed twice for one trailer # 1254B. I appreciate any help to remedy the chargers.

My only negative comment is that the roof of the truck leaked and got my mattress very wet/water stained as well as several boxes. This issue with this truck should really be addressed so someone else doesn't go to move and their stuff ends up damaged or ruined.

This was the third location after my first location didn’t have a truck for me and was rescheduled at a second location. My second location had the truck rented out from under me and I was forced to delay my move by close to 2 hours having to go to the third location that didn’t open until later. Not blaming this operator. He was great. But the whole thing really was upsetting because I had people waiting around to load a truck that didn’t get finished loading until the evening.

The customer service i had over the phone was horrible. The lady was extremely rude to me while u was trying to change my pick up location and time. She was so rude and was yelling at me so much I ended up hanging up on her. Very disappointed.

The return was awful!! I spoke to someone on your customer service line at which time I made arrangements to return in Crete on Main street. This was not documented and the return was very VERY difficult, as I could not check it in online! My rental experience was horrible as usual! This vehicle was NOT returned on Dixie Hwy. Sad, I need to rent again tomorrow and have no other truck rental services near my home. This entire experience from beginning to end was horrific!

Trailer could have been swept out. I specified a different location and was diverted to this one considerably further away. I filled out all information online and it seemed like the had to duplicate much of that when I arrived.

I booked about a month in advance. I was told 2 days before that I had to use a tow dolly not a full tow for my car. I asked if that was okay. They said yes. When I arrived to pick everything up. I was informed my car was too big. I am not happy with UHaul.

The office was hidden behind another building, so had to call the office to locate. I dropped it off, prior to business hours, so didn't see inside of location or have any direct contact with staff, outside of the phone call inquiring about drop box for key.
