Paula GVery frustrating!!! The store didn't open until 11:00, the owner didn’t set the truck up for 24 hour App pick up. So I had to drive 40 minutes round trip to go get a truck. No one at that location and struggled to get the app to work there… Ughhhhh!!!! Please train your remote location owners better so they know what they are doing!!!! Do love the program, the trucks and convenience of these locations, but only if the truck one reserved is available.
