Very hard to find, when you finally get their, there is no sign telling g you ware to go, and several buildings to guess which one is the office. On top of that there are several locations closer than that one.Michael H.

We had no issues with Tracker Management, the comment below is for the place we submitted our order with. However, when we placed our request we ordered it from an Owatonna location 2 to 3 weeks prior to pick up. Pick up was to be on Saturday morning, we received a phone call on Thursday afternoon stating that they did not have a trailer to pick up in Owatonna and wanted to know if it was OK for us to go pick it up. We had to drive an 1.5 hours to pick up the trailer. If there is not an item available at a site, it would be best to either state you don't have it or go pick it up for the customer instead of having the customer to drive to pick up the item. Very frustrating when we had planned on using that time to load the trailer.Mark K.

Made a reservation at a different location closer to our home yet 24hrs before pickup we were notified that there was no trailer available so we had no choice. We had a tight timeline so it was a huge inconvenience. I would have never used UHAUL if I knew this would happen.Harry L.

My experience was very positive, so just encourage the franchise owners to keep up the good work. When I arrived I was greeted by the daughter of the owner, who got her mother to the front desk quickly. Since I had pre-registered and had completed all paperwork digitally I asked a few questions and got help with a couple of things. Very gracious and friendly attitude. I would highly recommend doing the paperwork digitally before hand and pre-paying--it saves everyone time and the process is seamless.Steve B.

This location was fantastic. Bummed that we could not get a uhaul in Mankato and therefore had to waste per mileage fee driving an empty truck the 50ish miles to Mankato before we could load it and drive back Instead of paying a one way fee, but this location was great and very easy!Eric J.

Customer service was good. However, it felt like the truck had not been prepped. There was some trash in the truck, a windshield wiper blade was detached and lying in the cab, and snow/ice had not been cleared from the windshield.Timothy W.

Two tires were flat when picked up. I thought I could just put air in them to keep them ok. I was wrong, one blew out while hauling And other didn't hold air very long . Used roadside assistance then. The tires should have been checked before I picked Up the trailer. First time I have used UHaul. Now I know to check tires right awayTimothy H.

Retuned truck at designated return location. The self return app could not locate me. I called customer service and left the truck there as the office was closed during normal business hours. Sign taped to office door with phone # to call. Voice mailbox full so no way to leave message. I'm waiting to see if I get a fuel credit for extra fuel I added due to slow reacting fuel gauge on truck.Terry B.

We had no idea where the key drop off box was so we ended up driving in circles. We called the 866 # a few times and they were not sure where it was. We eventually found it towards the back of the location. There was a main door to the Uhaul which is where you would assume it to be but it wasn't. It would be very helpful to know the location with not being familiar with the area and it was dark out. Also when we reserved the truck it said we were allowed 83 miles but I just received an email that said we went over and were charged for additional the miles and the miles allowed changed to only 68. Not sure why that changed. Not to mention when we booked the Uhaul it said to pick up at one location and when I luckily clicked on the contract it said a completely different location. So I then had to call to verify where we were to actually pick up the truck.Brandon T.

I rented the trailer from Chaska, a location 10 miles closer and on the way home from work. Somehow, my reservation was transferred to New Prague. I did not notice this until I printed out a copy of the conformation paperwork. However, it all worked out well. Thank You, ToddTodd W.

I was sent a confirmation email to pickup my truck in Crystal, MN, however, when I reached there at my scheduled pickup time I was told that my pickup location had changed and was in fact an hour south of Crystal in New Prague. I was not provided with any notification of this prior to the change nor was I given the opportunity to go to a location closer to where my home was, the New Prague location was 40mins from my home in Eden Prairie, MN. It was extremely frustrating to have to drive all around the Twin Cities the morning of my move and I would've appreciated some level of communication regarding these changes to my reservation.Shefali P.
