The mobile app experience picking up the truck was not pleasant. We never received the contact confirmation call. We had to call customer service after 15 minutes of waiting. It would have been faster to have someone assist us at the location.

We unhooked the trailer from our truck overnight. When we went to hook it up to leave the next day, it was impossible to lift. The hitch/tounge was so incredibly heavy. We had to call other people to help us lift it. It took 4 of us to lift it to get it hooked up. That was inconvenient and through us off. Otherwise we were very happy with pickup and drop off.
ERIC SI had a hard time finding the key box but we eventually found it. A note on the main door for the key box location would be helpful.
