Orell MI never received a call to sort out the mileage issue I inquired about. No One was ever at the location to speak with. Customer service stated a district manager would reach out, but I never received the call. I would not use services again i will find a much more suitable establishment.

orell mWe arranged to pick up the truck in Fort Mill. After arriving at our hotel the evening prior to a 9am pickup, we received a call telling us the location had been changed to Rock Hill because the Fort Mill location did not have a lock box for early pick up. So we had to drive an extra 30 minutes x2 = 1 hour to pick up the truck. THEN, upon pick up, a tire was low on air @55lbs. We paid $2 at an air station that let out air - regular air pumps only go to 50lbs. So we found a Goodyear store that agreed to put air in the tire. Another 30+ minutes down the drain. That 1 1/2 hours extra put us in rush hour traffic going through Atlanta. So we arrived in Birmingham 2 1/2 hours later than planned. A Major inconvenience. I will not recommend UHaul to anyone.

Michael BThe brakes were super sketchy, the suspension was just as bad. Truck had a major pull to both sides while braking and just cruising. My buddy left her wallet in the truck and I was trying to reach out to the company to at least hold it for him and they just kept sending me to voicemail mail and ignoring my call.
Dante DU-Haul changed my pickup location to this establishment over the weekend while they were closed and they were not prepared for my pickup. Additionally the shop employee was 30 minutes late from open time of the store and check-in and pickup took almost 2 hours along with getting a truck that had no gas. The office location did not appear clean or organized and while I love cats, created an unpleasant odor and my boyfriend is allergic. Also, upon arriving at destination the operator let me know that my car should have been attacged with the chains underneath which the operator at this location said was not necessary. Frustrating experience.
Erin Hwell I indicated that I wanted the trailer from Thursday 3-31-2022 until Saturday April 2, 2022 but instead the paperwork indicated four days along with a additional charge of 40.00 i knew nothing about until on the road I looked at the paperwork. I also returned the trailer on Friday April 1, 2022. I feel like I should be reinbursed!

Thieu TYour web platform is slow, clunky and unpredictable. It took almost 30 minutes to pick up my truck because the system wasn’t working properly,, nobody answers your 800 customer service number and your web site was buggy with my iPhone. Good truck, poor technology.

Marie WArrived at the dropoff locarion during non-duty hours and the parking was very limited do to the amount of other vehicles and basically junk in the yard. Had to squeeze in between two other Uhaul vehicles. The grass definitely needing cutting. Don't know about the lighting but i wouldn't want to park out there at night in those tall weeds.
