Advise they find another location. Location, dirty. Uhaul, I was originally scheduled to pick up at different location, emailed day before pick up, very inconvenient and out of our way. Wait time too long to speak to anyone. Overall, bad experience. Telling military household goods locations to recommend another service.Patrick C.

Make sure vehicles have what they need as requested and clean the vehicle . My experience was I had to drive across town to another dealer to get what I requested . Also the vehicle was dirty , I had to clean prior to use . There was not a full tank of gas either.John S.

As to the preceding question, I would recommend this location for the VEHICLE, yes. While the personnel were VERY personable (a trait I love when doing business with others), the two who greeted us were rather shabbily dressed. As such, I no longer anticipated being able to hop in the truck and go, even though according to your cellphone offering of "checking in well ahead of time," you assured me that everything would be all ready for me. We had to wait at the desk for a "re-confirmation" of my payment, for some (unexplained) reason, and we had to wait for our dozen blankets (of which there were only eleven; had we not counted them ourselves before heading off, we would have been charged for the missing one upon our return). It was a needless 25 minute layover; oh, and the restroom was even more shabby looking than the (albeit personable) personnel who handled our business.James R.

The gentleman at this location (or the person I reserved the truck with over the phone on the 1-800 number) added the $14 "Safety Move" to my bill without even asking me if I wanted it and then when I noticed it, I called the Uhaul customer service line, which said he would refund it back to me AND he never did. I had to call Uhaul again and they issued me a $15 VIP certificate. This was nice but it doesn't resolve the fact that the person at the pickup location (or someone) added Safety Move to my bill and never asked me even if I wanted insurance. I hope he's not doing this to other customers, hoping they just don't catch it. Also, I was told by customer service he added it on Monday 5/4/20 when I borrowed and returned the truck the day prior. When I picked up at his location around 9am, I said I was there to pick up a 26' truck and his response was "we don't book reservations on Sundays". I told him that I had already reserved the truck the day prior at (800) 468-4285 and was there just to pick it up. He then had a young man at his location bring me the key. That was the full extent of our interaction. I never even showed anyone my Uhaul app or anything to prove I had reserved the truck, nor did they give me a contract or anything with what I owed. I could have been a complete stranger driving away with your truck. Lastly, I got the VIP credit so I'm happy on that front, but I wanted to make you aware of a potentially larger issue where someone is adding insurance to bills without ever offering it to your customers.Michael L.

The location was great. Truck was ready for me and clean. I called U Haul direct and the person was a little rude on the phone. But the woman I spoke with next was great and the location where I picked up and dropped off was great. Overall a very good and easy experience.david E.

Has no problems with this site, Even though I rented on line and this should not have involved them other than picking up the truck. They were helpful when i went into their office questioning why it was taking so long to get approved, I wasted about 45 minutes responding to questions and downloading information I had already given. Very frustrating and I will never do that again and would not recommenced on line rental and return,The extensive legal boil plate was ridicules. Wasted over an hour of my time.Robert C.
