MARCIA KI chose to pick up the uhaul using the app on my phone. I chose this option while going through the steps of reserving the uhaul, so I was shocked when I got a call from a very grumpy representative from your company, asking me where I am. He also said “I wish I had known you were going to use the app” He said this as if it’s my job to notify him when I chose the option while reserving the truck. He wasn’t friendly. Also, the middle seat belt in the truck I used did not work.
Amanda HThe site name is actually "Tracy Mini Storage". The manager at local self storage facility only does Penske rentals and says it's a recurring mistake on your end. Please fix to avoid address confusion.
Gilberto RI liked that the engine ran good, because I have had issues in the past from other locations where they don’t up keep on the engine, but I got lucky and it ran great, it was a good experience for me ;)

CAESAR PKeep vehicles up to date and DONT RIP OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS & Charge their accounts more than what is supposed ESPECIALLY without telling the customers you charge their account more after returning U-Haul and Even charging 2 weeks after it was returned!!!!!
Christine CI make my reservation to pickup the truck in a specific location and they call me to pick up in different location in the last minute, them when I return the truck they Charge more than $200 because drop off a different location. I talk to the regional Manager and he didn’t have the intention of help my He just said that it is like that and that going to Charge without try to salve the issue.
Alejandro KThe web sight was very slow. At times it would cancel out and I would need to start over. Especially when dropping off. It never let me finish the process. It wouldn’t advance after pictures were taken and then go back to the beginning about 8 times before I gave up and left the key. Tried calling for help and got voice mail

Malora SI was charged for something we did not use. It showed up on my receipt that furniture pads and dolly was used however none of them were used. I’m not too happy about that. Otherwise everything else was good.

Mark FU-haul had the van I rented stolen from me even though it was still under contract. No notification, no return of the property that was in it, and billed my credit card without authorization along with additional charges. The some U-Haul agent called and laughed at me while at the height of my frustration and anxiety over the theft of the van and my private property. This was bullshit and I object/dispute the whole contract.

Qingzhi CFirst, I have no complain about the person who I worked with, my complain is not about service. UHaul has an online form, but once you get to the location, it may not be applicable. I had asked for Dollies of two kinds, pads and Wardrobe boxes, this location had some of the things but they were not on the form when I arrived. I also don't really know how the metric of what I paid is valuated, I saw one price with a list of things on my application and when I paid it was largely blank with just the fees. I may have paid for pads, and wardrobes, and I don't know if I did or didn't based on my reciept. I was told that the milage is the thing. I don't believe that I went above the milage states, but I was charged an extra 30 above the 150 that I was charged. this was more than double the prices I was quoted. Also, the van was only less than a qurater filled when I picked it up, I put enough gas to get to the same amount when I returned it, was I charged for gas?
