Disappointed that I needed a one way trip of no more than 24 hr rental but was forced to pay a minimum 2 day charge. Not sure I will use again.

I think the per mile cost is very high
Ravikumar VWe are very pleased with the service. The online reservation and pickup process is efficient and convenient.
GILDO BApproval for self checkout took quite a long time (over 10 min) and then App wouldn’t upload any pictures for checkout which was very frustrating. The truck had the check engine light on and service traction stability on so you couldn’t see the odometer unless the truck was off. Luckily we only needed it for a short distance. Probably won’t use the self checkout option again.
