Not feedback for Tracy’s directly, but I had my rental pickup location changed multiple times, then had the location I went to at the time of my reservation tell me they had no trucks. I had to call U-Haul and spend nearly 2 hours on the phone to get a new location with the right truck. This severely affected my moving plans and was extremely unpleasant. Tracy’s was fine - location was closed and the truck was there so I cannot complains

I made the reservation for Maryland pickup but I have a Delaware drivers license. The business was closed on Saturday so I had to use the mobile app which SUCKS! It took three phone calls on hold, two of which I got disconnected from and finally got through to KIM who was great and explained that the system required 3 additonal verification contacts one of whom was my buddy who helped me move. Kim finally had to change the res to his name since he had rented a trailer just two week prior. It took an hour and 15 minutes to get the truck dispatched so we could get on with the move. The move took 12 hours to move literally one block away. Checking the truck in at night was no problem. The app worked ok. Requiring three contacts was very inconvenient. Hopefully I’m in the system now and won’t have to go through that same hassle next time.

The UHAUL we picked up was not safe to pull because both tires were bald and the lights did not work. We had to have roadside assistance come out and tow the trailer to the Hagerstown location and my husband had to pick up a new UHAUL

U-Haul changed my drop off location from close to my house all the way to Thurmont Maryland to a location that was closed. I chose the place closest to my house because I wanted somebody to be there to do the drop off and I was going to do it on Sunday instead of waiting till Monday and unbeknownst to me. U-Haul changed it to another location which was closed and I was very upset about that. I’m not sure that I’m going to be using U-Haul again after this whole experience. I have a bad back and I needed help to take the trailer off of the Truck. Which is why I picked a location that was open on Sunday. Not happy.
